Injen SES9300AB Stainless Steel Exhaust System
Product Information
This product is a stainless steel exhaust system designed for Ford vehicles. It is compatible with the following models:
- 2021 Ford Bronco 2DR
- 2021 Ford Bronco 4DR
- 2022 Ford Bronco 2DR
- 2022 Ford Bronco 4DR
The part number for this exhaust system is SES9300AB. It is suitable for engines with the following specifications:
- L4 2.3L Turbo
- V6 2.7L Twin Turbo
The package includes the following items:
- A: Axle back – Quantity: 1
- B: Tip extension Black Ceramic p 101mm – Quantity: 2
- C: SS Exhaust hanger bracket (2.3L models only) – Quantity:2
- D: 76mm SS Slip fit torsion clamp – Quantity: 1
- E: Exhaust hanger clamp – Quantity: 2
The tools required for installation are:
- Ratcheting Wrench
- 10mm socket
- 15mm socket
Product Usage Instructions
BEFORE YOU BEGIN:

Remove the stock muffler by loosening the mid pipe clamp and detaching the muffler from the rubber insulators.
L MODELS ONLY: -
Remove the OEM hanger by loosening the two bolts and then sliding it out. The bolts can be accessed from the rear of the subframe.

Remove the two bolts and rubber insulator from the exhaust bracket.

Install the two factory bolts to the injen hanger bracket. Leave 1/4 distance between the bolt head and the bracket plate.

Slide the injen bracket into place. Then secure the two bolts.

Insert the rubber insulator onto the exhaust hanger bracket.

Connect the muffler section to the mid pipe. Secure with the OEM clamp.

Insert the driver side hanger into the rubber insulator.

Insert the passenger side hanger into the rubber insulator.

OPTIONAL: Attach the tip extensions to the muffler section. Secure using the provided 76mm clamps.

OPTIONAL: Attach exhaust tips to the tip extension.

If necessary, loosen the factory clamp and adjust the fitment of the exhaust.

Ensure all bolts and clamps are properly secured.
CONGRATULATIONS! You have just completed the installation of this exhaust system. Periodically, check the alignment of the exhaust as normal wear and tear can cause nuts and bolts to come loose. Note: Check clearance and adjust if needed! Failure to check the alignment and adjust the exhaust can cause damage that will void the warranty. Injen Technology is not responsible for any damages caused by improper installation.

Before installing any parts of this system, please read the instructions thoroughly. If you have any questions regarding installation, please contact your Injen Technology dealer. Installation DOES require some mechanical skills. A qualified mechanic is always recommended.
- This product includes a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship on all Injen exhaust systems Any and all warranty coverage is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part only, at Injen Technology’s discretion. The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, nor does it cover the cost of installation or removal of the defective part or its replacement. Proof of purchase is required.
- Do not attempt to install the exhaust system while the engine is hot. Severe burn could result from touching hot engine components.
- WARNING: Failure to follow installation instructions and not using the provided hardware may damage the exhaust system, engine, or components of either.
- Note: It is always recommended to disconnect your battery before disconnecting any sensors.
INSTALLATION
- Remove the stock muffler by loosening the mid pipe clamp and detaching the muffler from the rubber insulators
- 2.3L MODELS ONLY: Remove the OEM hanger by loosening the two bolts and then sliding it out. The bolts can be accessed from the rear of the subframe.
- 2.3L MODELS ONLY: Remove the two bolts and rubber insulator from the exhaust bracket.
- 2.3L MODELS ONLY: Install the two factory bolts to the injen hanger bracket. Leave 1/4” distance between the bolt head and the bracket plate.
- 2.3L MODELS ONLY: Slide the injen bracket into place. Then secure the two bolts.
- 2.3L MODELS ONLY: Insert the rubber insulator onto the exhaust hanger bracket.
- Connect the muffler section to the mid pipe. Secure with the OEM clamp.
- Insert the driver side hanger into the rubber insulator.
- Insert the passenger side hanger into the rubber insulator.
- OPTIONAL: Attach the tip extensions to the muffler section. Secure using the provided 76mm clamps.
- OPTIONAL: Attach exhaust tips to the tip extension.
- If necessary loosen the factory clamp and adjust the fitment of the exhaust.
- 13. Ensure all bolts and clamps are properly secured.
