Ingen TECHNOLOGY SES9300RS Stainless Steel Exhaust System
Product Information
This product is a stainless steel exhaust system designed for 2021 and 2022 Ford Bronco 2DR and 4DR models. The part number for this exhaust system is SES9300RS. It is compatible with the following engine types:
- L4 2.3L Turbo
- V6 2.7L Twin Turbo

The installation of this exhaust system requires the following tools:
- Ratcheting Wrench
- 10mm socket
- 15mm socket
Product Usage Instructions
Before you begin the installation, make sure to read and understand all instructions carefully. Here are the steps to install the exhaust system:

Step 1:
Remove the stock muffler by loosening the mid-pipe clamp and detaching the muffler from the rubber insulators. -
Step 2:
Remove the two nuts securing the mid-pipe to the flex pipe. Then detach the front hanger from the rubber insulator. -
Step 3:
Detach the themed-pipe hanger from the rubber insulator. -
Step 4:
Remove the OEMmid-pipes. -
Step 5:
Connect the front pipe to the OEM flex pipe, then insert the hanger into the rubber insulator. Secure using the OEM nuts. -
Step 6 (Four-Door Models Only):
Attach the mid-pipe extension to the front pipe. Secure using the provided 76mm clamps. -
Step 7:
Connect the mid-pipe to the front pipe. Secure using the provided 76mm clamps. -
Step 8:
Insert the mid-pipe hanger into the rubber insulator. -
Step 9:
Insert the hanger into the rubber insulator, then connect the muffler delete pipe to the mid-pipe. Secure using the provided 66mm clamp. -
Step 10:
If needed, loosen all clamps and adjust the fitment of the exhaust. Once finished, secure all bolts and clamps.
Congratulations! You have just completed the installation of this exhaust system. Periodically, check the alignment of the exhaust as normal wear and tear can cause nuts and bolts to come loose.
Note : Check clearance and adjust if needed! Failure to check the alignment and adjust the exhaust can cause damage that will void the warranty. Injen Technology is not responsible for any damages caused by improper installation.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

- Before installing any parts of this system, please read the instructions thoroughly. If you have any questions regarding installation, please contact your Injen Technology dealer. Installation DOES require some mechanical skills. A qualified mechanic is always recommended.
- This product includes a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship on all Injen exhaust systems any warranty coverage is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part only, at Injen Technology’s discretion. The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, nor does it cover the cost of installation or removal of the defective part or its replacement. Proof of purchase is required.
- Do not attempt to install the exhaust system while the engine is hot. Severe burns could result from touching hot engine components.
WARNING : Failure to follow installation instructions and not using the provided hardware may damage the exhaust system, engine, or components of either.
Note : It is always recommended to disconnect your battery before disconnecting any sensors.
Installation Instructions
- Remove the stock muffler by loosening the mid-pipe clamp and detaching the muffler from the rubber insulators.
- Remove the two nuts securing the mid-pipe to the flex pipe. Then detach the front hanger from the rubber insulator.
- Detach the mid-pipe hanger from the rubber insulator.
- Remove the OEM mid-pipe.
- Connect the front pipe to the OEM flex pipe, then insert the hanger into the rubber insulator. Secure using the OEM nuts.
- FOUR-DOOR MODELS ONLY: Attach the mid-pipe extension to the front pipe. Secure using the provided 76mm clamps.
- Connect the mid-pipe to the front pipe. Secure using the provided 76mm clamps.
- Insert the mid-pipe hanger into the rubber insulator.
- Insert the hanger to the rubber insulator then connect the muffler delete pipe to the mid pipe.
- Secure the muffler delete pipe using the provided 66mm clamp.
- If needed loosen all clamps and adjust fitment of the exhaust. Once finished secure all bolts and clamps.
CONGRATULATIONS!
You have just completed the installation of this exhaust system.
Periodically, check the alignment of the exhaust, normal wear and tear can
cause nuts and bolts to come loose.
