Product Information
The DC Power Ceiling Fan Remote Control is a device that allows you to control the operation of your ceiling fan and its light remotely. It comes with a transmitter that sends signals to the receiver connected to the fan, enabling you to adjust fan speed, control the direction of airflow, and turn the lights on or off. The remote control uses batteries for power and has a switch to select the type of bulb in your fan, either incandescent or compact fluorescent (CFL).
Learning Process
- Ensure the AC power is on before proceeding with the learning process.
- Do not press any other buttons on the transmitter before learning.
- Follow the steps provided in the manual to complete the learning process.
- Once the learning process is complete, you should be able to operate the ceiling fan and light using the remote control.
- If the ceiling fan does not respond to the transmitter, turn off the power to the receiver and repeat steps 1 and 2.
Battery Maintenance
If you are not using the remote control for long periods of time, it is
recommended to remove the batteries to prevent damage. When disposing of the
transmitter, ensure that you remove the batteries and dispose of them safely.
Light Function Select Switch
The remote control has a D/O switch located in the battery compartment to
select the appropriate bulb type in your fan
- D (DIMMER) for incandescent bulbs
- O (ON/OFF) for compact fluorescent bulbs (CFL)
To slide the switch
- Use a small screwdriver or ballpoint pen.
- Firmly slide the switch up or down to match the bulb type.
Product Usage Instructions
The transmitter has several functions for controlling the ceiling fan and lights
- To turn off the ceiling fan, press the corresponding button on the transmitter.
- To adjust the fan speed, use the buttons on the transmitter to set it between 1 and 6.
- To change the direction of airflow, press the corresponding button on the transmitter.
- To control the upper light kit
- Press and release immediately to turn it on or off.
- Press and hold to dim or brighten the lights to the desired level, then release.
- To control the lower light kit
- Press and release immediately to turn it on or off.
- Press and hold to dim or brighten the lights to the desired level, then release.

LEARNING PROCESS
The Hand Held Remote Control is equipped with a learning ID function which has
code combinations to prevent potential interference from other remote units.
- Step: 1. Install the batteries CR2032 3V*2 PCS in transmitter. Within 30 seconds of turning the Receiver AC power ON, press the transmitter LEARN button
- Step: 2. Hold LEARN button about 3 seconds, once the receiver has detected the ID, the light of ceiling fan will be blinking twice and the fan turn on low speed.
This will indicate the receiver has learned the ID that was previously selected on the transmitter. ****
Note: After the AC power is on, do not press any other buttons on the
transmitter before learning ok. Because doing so will cause the procedure to
fail.
After completing the steps above, you should be able to operate the ceiling
fan and light. If the ceiling fan is not responding to the transmitter, please
turn the power off to the receiver and repeat step 1 and 2.
Remove the batteries if not used for long periods of time to prevent damage to the hand held remote. The batteries must be removed from the transmitter before it is scrapped and the batteries shall be disposed of safety.
Light function select switch
- Slide the D/O switch, located in the battery compartment, to match the bulb type in your fan “D”(DIMMER) for incandescent bulbs and “O”(ON/OFF) indicates compact fluorescent bulbs (CFL). Use a small screwdriver or ballpoint pen to slide firmly up or down.

****Setting up that the ceiling fan will turn on at 1~6 speed

****Setting forward/reverse airflow of ceiling fan.

****Press and release immediately to turn on or off the upper light kit
DIMMER- Press and hold to dim or brighten lights to the desired level and release. -
****Press and release immediately to turn on or off the lower light kit
DIMMER- Press and hold to dim or brighten lights to the desired level and release.
