Product Information
The product is manufactured by Creative Marketing Inc. and comes with a one- year warranty from the day of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. If any parts are found to be defective, Creative Marketing Inc. will repair or replace them at their discretion. The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. It replaces all other warranties, unless prohibited by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
However, the warranty does not cover damages resulting from operation or handling, and Creative Marketing Inc. explicitly disclaims any liability for such damages.

Return Merchandise for Service
If you need to make a claim under the warranty, you must do so in writing
within 30 days after discovering the issue. Your claim should include a copy
of this warranty document, a receipt or copy of your invoice with the date of
purchase, and the original packaging. Once the technician has issued a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, you can proceed with obtaining
service. The RMA number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the
shipping carton, and you are responsible for shipping the package to Creative
Marketing Inc. with prepaid postage.
WARRANTY
Creative Marketing Inc. warrants that this product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the day of purchase. If the product is defective, the sole obligation of Creative Marketing Inc. under this warranty shall be at its election, subject to the terms of this warranty, to repair or replace any parts deemed defective. This warranty is for the exclusive benefit of the original purchaser and is not assignable or transferable.
THIS WARRANTY IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY UNLESS OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Exclusions
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creative Marketing Inc. expressly
disclaims and excludes from this warranty any liability for damages, including
but not limited to general, special, indirect, incidental, consequential,
aggravated, punitive, or exemplary damages, and economic loss (even if
Creative Marketing Inc. is informed of their possibility), third party claims
against you, including for any loss or damages, and claims or damages related
to loss of, or, damage to, your records or data. This warranty does not apply
to any product the exterior of which has been damaged or defaced. This
warranty will be voided by misuse, improper physical environment, improper
repair, acts of God, war or terror, commercial use, and improper service,
operation, or handling.

Return Merchandise for Service

DESCRIPTIONS
CHARGING THE HEADSET
The LED indicator will turn red when charging, and turn off when the headset is fully charged. A headset is functional when being charged so users can finish calls in case the headset runs out of power during a call. Please switch off the headset when not in use.
SETTING THE MICROPHONE
- Insert the detachable Boom Microphone into the 2.5mm receptacle located on the headset.
- The boom microphone can move to accommodate a user’s preference for right-side or left-side wear.
- Position the microphone to your preference.
POWER ON/OFF
CONNECTING TO THE FIRST DEVICE
- Slide the power switch to the “CENTER” position. The LED will flash red and blue when ready to connect.
- Search for “HS6200” to pair with the headset.
CONNECTING TO ADDITIONAL DEVICE
- Slide the power switch to the “ ” position and hold until the ‘pairing’ is heard or the pairing LED flashes, then select “HS6200”.
- Activate “Bluetooth” in your device’s Bluetooth settings and select “H56200”.
- The LED will flash blue to indicate the headphone is connected, and ‘connected’ is heard.
MAKING CALLS
- Muting the Boom Mic: Depress and hold the Boom Mic Button for 3 seconds.
VOICE ASSISTANT
- Muting the Internal Mic when the Boom Mic is not connected: Depress and hold the Vol- Button for 3 seconds.
Clearing the Paired Bluetooth Devices Memory: While the headset is on, quadruple-click the Call Button in the middle, the LED indicator will turn purple for 2 seconds and then shut off.
USING THE BLUETOOTH RECEIVER
If your computer or laptop do not have built-in Bluetooth, simply plug the supplied USB Bluetooth Receiver into a USB A port of your device or use the Type-C Adapter for Type-C port-only devices. Your computer should detect a device called “Advantage” and install the necessary drivers automatically.
WARNINGS:
Headsets can deliver sounds at loud volumes and high-pitch tones. Avoid
prolonged use at excessive sound levels. Please read the Safety Information
carefully.
SAFETY INFORMATION
- The use of a headset will impair your ability to hear other sounds.
- Do not use a headset when engaging in any activity that requires your full attention.
- This package contains small parts that may be hazardous to children and should be kept out of children’s reach.
- Do NOT attempt to dismantle or service the product yourself.
- Avoid exposing the product to rain or water to avoid damage to the product or injury to you.
- Keep all products, cords, and cables away from operating machinery.
- Do not use it while operating a motor vehicle.
- This product is powered by a rechargeable battery. The full performance of a new battery or a battery in storage in a long period is achieved only after several complete charge and discharge cycles.
- The expected battery life is approximately 500 charge cycles.
- Do not expose the product to fire, or high heat or leave it in the vehicle under the sun.
TROUBLESHOOTING
The headset will not power on:
- Be sure the headset is fully charged.
My mobile device is unable to find the headset
- Confirm the headset is in pairing mode (blue/red indicator flashing)
- Remove “HS6200” from your phone’s Bluetooth device list and try again.
- If the headset still can not be found, restart your phone and headset and try again.
After successfully paired, the headset disconnects
- Be sure the battery has adequate power and recharge.
- The headset must be within 10m of the host devices.
- Connections may be affected by obstructions such as walls or other electronic devices. Try moving closer to the host device the headset is connected to.
The sound is distorted when listening to music or there is no sound when receiving or making calls through my PC
- Turn off the headset, wait 5 seconds, and turn it back on. Check to make sure the audio output from the computer is set to the headset.
When answering a call, I cannot hear anything
- Ensure the mobile device is connected to the “HS6200” headset and not on the phone’s speaker or other audio option.
- Increase the volume on your mobile device.
There is no sound when listening to music
- Increase the volume on your headset or the host device.
- Re-establish the Bluetooth wireless connection between the headset and your host device.
- Check if the audio app has paused or stopped playback.
The headset will not charge
- Confirm that the charging cable is operational or undamaged.
- Ensure that the USB charging cable is fully seated in the headset and power source.
- Confirm that the power source has power.
