INSTALLATION
Step 1 Hardware Connections

Gently pull the hatch to open it.

Use an Ethernet cable to connect the 10G WAN port to a gateway modem.

Close the hatch.

Connect a computer to the LAN port using the Ethernet cable (optional).

Connect a phone to the phone port using a phone cable (optional).

Use the included power adapter to connect the power socket to a power outlet. Press the ON/OFF button to turn on the Zyxel Device.

Step 2 WiFi Connection
- Use the SSID and Wireless Key on the device label to connect wirelessly to the Zyxel Device. On your smartphone or notebook, find this SSID. Enter the Wireless Key to connect.
- Press the WPS button until the WiFi 2.4G and SG LEDs light up in amber.
- Press the WPS button an the client. If the WPS method fails, use the SSID and Wireless Key ta set up a WiFi connection.
- Use the SSID and Wireless Key on the device label to connect wirelessly to the Zyxel Device. On your smartphone or notebook, find this SSID. Enter the Wireless Key to connect.

Step 3 Quick Start Wizard
- Open a web browser and go to http://192.168.1.1. Enter the default User Name and ad min Login Password (on the device label), and then click Login. The Wizard runs. Follow the Wizard prompts to complete the setup.

Desktop Mounting (Optional) Wall Mounting (Optional)
- Drill two holes on the wall at the distance of 131 mm.
- Insert screw anchors and screws into the holes .
- Place the Zyxel Device so the wall mount holes line up with the screws. Slide the Zyxel Device down gently to fix it into place.
