Product Information
LED LOUVRED TROFFER
The LED Louvred Troffer is a lighting fixture designed for commercial and
industrial use. It provides bright and efficient lighting with the speed of
light. The troffer model numbers available are LT28W-120/30 and
LT28W-120/30-AC.
WARNING: Ensure that the power is switched off before proceeding with the installation.
Turn Off the Power Supply: Before starting the installation, make sure to switch off the power supply to avoid any electrical hazards.
CAUTION: Ensure that the mounting surface or structural member used for installation is capable of supporting the weight of the LED Panel.
Installation
Recessed Installation:
- Prepare the recessed area where the troffer will be installed.
- Position the troffer in the recessed area and secure it using the provided mounting hardware.
- Connect the wiring according to the circuit diagram provided in the user manual.
- Once the troffer is securely installed and wired, turn on the power supply to activate the lighting.
Suspended Installation:
- Attach the suspension wires to the designated points on the troffer.
- Adjust the length of the suspension wire by pressing the adjustment mechanism.
- Secure the other end of the suspension wires to the ceiling or structural member.
- Connect the wiring according to the circuit diagram provided in the user manual.
- Once the troffer is securely suspended and wired, turn on the power supply to activate the lighting.
Replacement of Module:
To replace a module in the troffer, follow the steps below:
- Switch off the power supply before starting the replacement process.
- Remove the necessary screws or fasteners to access the module.
- Carefully disconnect the module from its connectors.
- Install the new module by connecting it to the appropriate connectors.
- Secure the module in place using the screws or fasteners.
- Once the replacement is complete, turn on the power supply to resume normal operation.
Safety Instructions
Basic safety precautions should always be followed when installing, including the following:
- Read instructions carefully before installing.
- This LED Panel requires professional installation and maintenance.
- The power supply of the LED Panel should be powered by a dedicated external LED driver.
- Disconnect the power supply before installation or maintenance.
- Make sure the wires have been properly connected before powering on the device.
- Ensure the product has enough space for heat dissipation.
- Ensure the luminaries are never covered by any heat insulation mat or slim layer material at any time.
- The dimmable version could be compatible with a wide range of Triac/0-10V/DALI dimmers.
- IP40 for indoor use only, not for damp locations; IP54 for indoor damp locations; IP65 waterproof for both indoor and outdoor applications.
- Ambient Temperature: -10℃ to + 45℃, Avoid direct sunlight.
- Storage Conditions: Cool & dry conditions.
Installation Procedure
WARNING
- Switch off before installation.
- Switch on only after complete installation and examination of the circuit.
BMake sure that the mounting surface or structural member used for installation can support the weight of the LED Panel.
