CONTROLS AND PORTS
CHARGING
- Fully charge the headphones before first use.
- Recharge the headphones when it is switched off.
- Disconnect the cable when fully charged.
Use the supplied cable. Connect the USB-C jack to the headphones.
Connect the USB-A plug to a USB-A power source. The indicator light will turn red when charging; it will turn blue when charging is completed.
An USB-A power adaptor (5V 1A, not included) is recommended for charging, or a PC/laptop USB port can also be used.
- If the headphones are not used for 5 minutes, they will automatically turn off to conserve battery life.
BLUETOOTH
PAIRING

Turn on the headphones. The indicator light will blink red/blue.

Enable Bluetooth on your connecting device. It will search for nearby Bluetooth devices.

Select “HPS-KANC” to pair and connect. The indicator light will turn solid blue.
Note: If “HPS-KANC” does not appear on your connecting device’s screen, try again from the beginning of step 1. -
Audio you play on your connected device should now be heard through the headphones.
DISCONNECTING/UNPAIRING
- To disconnect, turn off your connected device’s Bluetooth or the headphones.
- To unpair (remove the connection entirely), go to your connected device’s Bluetooth settings, find the headphones on the list of paired devices, and select “Forget” or “Unpair”.
Note: The headphones only connect to one device at a time.
BASIC OPERATIONS
POWER ON/OFF
Press and hold the Multi-function button for 3 seconds until the indicator light turns on. Press and hold the Multi-function button for 4 seconds until the indicator light turns off.
ANC (ACTIVE NOISE CANCELLING) ON/OFF
Double click the Multi-function button to turn ANC on.
Double click again to turn ANC off.
PLAY/PAUSE MUSIC
Press the Multi-function button to play or pause the music.
VOLUME UP/DOWN
Press and hold the + or – button to increase or decrease the volume.
You can also control the volume level using your connected device.
SELECT THE NEXT/PREVIOUS SONG
When listening to music, press the + or – button to skip to the next or previous song.
ANSWER/HANG UP
When there is an incoming call, press the Multi-function button to answer the call. Press again to end the call.
REJECT
When there is an incoming call, press and hold the Multi-function button to reject the call.

TROUBLESHOOTING
DEVICE DOES NOT TURN ON
- The battery is completely discharged. Recharge the battery.
NO SOUND FROM THE HEADPHONES
- The volume level is low or muted. Unmute or increase the volume.
- There is no connected Bluetooth device. Pair and connect a Bluetooth device and try again.
CANNOT PAIR A BLUETOOTH DEVICE WITH THE HEADPHONES
- The Bluetooth device is out of range. Bring the Bluetooth device closer to the headphones.
- Make sure the headphones are in Bluetooth mode. Turn off the headphones and turn them on again to switch to Bluetooth mode.
- If the headphones Bluetooth name is not found on the Bluetooth list, refresh the list, or search again and wait up to 1 minute for the device to appear.
- If the headphones are already paired to another device, disconnect or unpair before connecting to your selected device.
