Smart Keyless functions
The Smart Keyless functions (Keyless entry system) enables the following operations while the Hand Unit is being carried.
- When the operator pushes the Start Button, the system is activated and the engine start propriety (permission / prohibition) is determined.
- The engine start is permitted if the operator is only within operational range while the Hand Unit is being carried.
- The operational range for the engine start permission is up to 80 cm (2.6 feet) from the center of the Start Button in the control panel.
- Engine start permission
(1) In the case of permission
LED on the control panel turns on for about two seconds.
(2) In the case of permission
LED on the control panel turn off after flashing. - The System stop
The System will run out when pushing the Start Button. LED on the control panel turned off.
Remote answer-back function
- In the engine stop state, the Remote function can blink the hazard lamp by pushing a button on the Hand Unit.
Child Lock mode of the Hand Unit
- When you continue pushing the button on the Hand Unit (1 second or more), it will be the Child Lock mode. When it comes to tote Child Lock mode, LED of the Hand Unit is turned on 0.5 seconds. In the Child Lock mode, the function of the 1 and 2 above can not operate.
- To cancel the Child Lock mode, you must push the button of the Hand Unit (1 second or more) again. When the Child Lock mode is released, LED of the Hand Unit is turned on 0.1 seconds.
