- The CAMGT 3V-440 is a high-performance air filter designed for installations where safety and reliability are crucial. It offers resistance to turbulence and extreme pressure drop, making it suitable for environments with high dust concentrations. The filter features a patented aerodynamic support grid, optimized media area, and hydrophobic filter construction to ensure low operational pressure drop even when wet. Its frame is made of plastic molded ABS, and it is sealed on all sides with a patented double sealing process.
- The filter is built on a solid 440 mm deep frame with extended media area, providing industry-leading pressure drop and dust holding capacity. This design ensures optimum performance, low average pressure drop, and a long filter life. The CAMGT 3V-440 is available in different efficiency ratings, including F7, F9, E10, E11, and E12. It can also be equipped with CamBrane media in E12 efficiency.
- Additional features include a hot-melt separator, polyurethane sealant, and a support grid for filter media. The recommended final pressure drop is 600 Pa, and the maximum airflow is 1.8 times the nominal flow. The filter can operate in environments with a maximum relative humidity of 100%. A reverse flow version with a support grid is available upon request.
Product Usage Instructions
- Ensure that the installation location meets the specified requirements for safety and reliability.
- Select the appropriate size of the CAMGT 3V-440 filter based on the dimensions provided (592x592x440).
- Check the airflow requirements of your system and ensure that the filter’s maximum airflow (1.8 times the nominal flow) is sufficient.
- Inspect the filter for any damage or defects before installation. Do not use a damaged filter.
- Place the filter in the designated filter housing or mounting frame, ensuring that it fits securely.
- Make sure the filter is properly aligned with the airflow direction indicated on the filter.
- Seal the filter housing or mounting frame to prevent air leakage, using the provided polyurethane gasket if necessary.
- Monitor the pressure drop across the filter regularly and replace it when the recommended final pressure drop (600 Pa) is reached.
- If using the reverse flow version, ensure that the support grid is properly installed.
