HARDWARE INSTRUCTION

PARTS HARDWARE LIST

INSTALLATION STEP

• Be careful to assemble all components
  in the sequence they are presented.

NOTE

• Finger tighten all hardware in this step. DO NOT wrench tighten until instructed.
• Some components may be pre-assembled. Nylon lock nuts will not fully screw onto bolts, they must be wrench tighten to fully go on.

Attach Front Leg (B) to Main Frame (A) using:

• 2 – (#3) M10×95mm Carriage Bolt
• 2 – (#13) M10 Flat Washer
• 2 – (#10) M10 Nylon Lock Nut

Attach Back Leg (C) to Main Frame (A) using:

• 2 – (#3) M10×95mm Carriage Bolt
• 2 – (#13) M10 Flat Washer
• 2 – (#10) M10 Nylon Lock Nut

Attach UiBracket (D) to Main Frame (A) using:

• 1 – (#5) M10×95mm Hex Head Bolt
• 2 – (#13) M10 Flat Washer
• 1 – (#10) M10 Nylon Lock Nut

STEP 1

• Above shows Step 1 assembled and completed.

STEP 2

• Be careful to assemble all components in the sequence they are presented.

NOTE:

Attach Seat and Back Frames (E & F) to Main Frame (A) using:

• 1 – (#2) M12×220mm Hex Head Bolt
• 2 – (#12) M12 Flat Washer
• 1 – (#9) M12 Nylon Lock Nut
• 2 – (#16) 021×012.5×10mm Bushing
• 8 – (#17) 016×012.5x8mm Bushing

Attach Adjustment Bracket (G) to Back Frames (F) using:

• 1 – (#1) M12x165mm Hex Head Bolt
• 2 – (#12 ) M12 Flat Washer
• 1 – (#9) M12 Nylon Lock Nut
• 2 – (#16) 021×012.5x10mm Bushing

Attach Tube (28) to Adjustment Bracket (G) using:

• 1 – (#4) M10x100mm Hex Head Bolt
• 2 – (#13) M10 Flat Washer
• 1 – (#10) M10 Nylon Lock Nut

Attach T-Knob Lock Pin (20) and Pop Pin (21) to Main Frame (A)

STEP 2

Above shows Step 2 assembled and completed.

• Be careful to assemble all components in the sequence they are presented.

NOTE:

• Wrench tighten ALL hardware at the end of STEP 3B. Some components may be pre-assembled. Nylon lock nuts will not fully screw onto bolts, they must be wrench tighten to fully go on.

Attach Seat Pad (26) to Seat Frame (E) using:

• 4 – (#7) M8×60mm Hex Head Bolt
• 4 – (#14) M8 Flat Washer
• 4 – (#15) M8 Lock Washer

Attach Back Rest (27) to Back Frames (F) using:

• 4 – (#7) M8×60mm Hex Head Bolt
• 4 – (#14) M8 Flat Washer
• 4 – (#15) M8 Lock Washer

Insert two Foam Rollers (23) and two Round End Caps (25) onto U-Bracket (D).

STEP 3

• Above shows Step 3 assembled and completed.
