Product Usage Instructions

Before First Use

  1. Unpack the appliance and remove all packing materials and stickers.
  2. Heat the toaster at maximum setting two times without bread in order to eliminate residual odor. As all new electric heating elements, a toaster creates a new smell when it is first time switched on. This is quite normal and not a cause for concern.
  3. The appliance is ready for use.

Using the Toaster

Follow the steps below to use the toaster:

  1. Place the toaster on a flat surface and plug it in.
  2. Adjust the controller of toasting modes to the desired level of toasting.
  3. Insert the bread slices into the toast sections.
  4. Push down the operating lever to start toasting.
  5. The appliance will automatically turn off when the toasting process is complete.
  6. Lift the operating lever to remove the toast.

CAUTION

Read this manual carefully before using the appliance and save it for future reference.

  • Before the first use, check the device specifications and the power supply in your network.
  • It is not intended for industrial use.
  • For indoor use only. Use only for domestic purposes according to the instruction manual.
  • Do not use it with a damaged cord, plug, or other injuries.
  • Keep the power cord away from sharp edges and hot surfaces.
  • Do not pull the cord. Always take the plug. Do not reel the cord around the device housing.
  • Never attempt to frame and repair the appliance by yourself. If you meet problems, please contact the customer service center.
  • Using accessories or replacement parts that are not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause damage to the appliance.
  • Always unplug the appliance and let it cool down before cleaning and removing parts. Keep unplugged when not in use.
  • To avoid electric shock and fire, do not immerse in water or other liquids. If this occurs, immediately unplug it and contact the service center for inspection.
  • This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
  • Place the appliance on a stable, horizontal, and level surface. Position it far from flammable materials including curtains, walls, and fabric-upholstered furniture.
  • Do not place the appliance near heat-emitting devices such as heaters, cooktops, or electric burners.
  • Don’t use the appliance near explosive objects.
  • Never cover the appliance.
  • Operating appliance always needs supervision. Bread inside could inflame!
  • Don’t touch the appliance heating element. You could get burnt!
  • Don’t place it into the toaster slots spread it with butter or jam bread.
  • Don’t insert bread that is too large for the toaster.
  • If bread is stuck in the toaster, unplug the appliance. When the toaster cools down, take the bread out.
  • Never take the bread out with sharp utensils. They could damage heating elements.
  • Don’t extract bread while the toaster is in use.
  • The operating lever should be in the top position when you unplug the appliance.
  • Use toaster only with crumb tray. Clean the crumb tray regularly.

BEFORE FIRST USE

  • Please unpack your appliance. Remove all packing materials. Remove all stickers.

USING THE TOASTER

  • Make sure that the operating lever is in the top position. Plug the toaster into the power supply.
  • Choose the required toasting level – from 1 to 7.
    • 1-2 – light toasting or warm-up
    • 3-4 – medium toasting
    • 5-7 – maximum level of browning.
  • Place bread into the bread slots. Please mind that thin slices are easier to be browned
  • Press down the operating lever. The toaster will start running automatically and the light indicator will go on.
  • Bread slices will be ejected out and the appliance will shut down automatically when toasting is finished.
  • Let the toaster cool down for 15-20 seconds before the next use.
  • CANCEL FUNCTION Toasting could be canceled anytime during toasting by pressing the “CANCEL” button. The indicator light will shut down.
  • Before the toaster, unplugging make sure that the operating lever is in the top position.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Follow the steps below to clean and maintain the toaster:

  1. Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
  2. Let the appliance cool down completely.
  3. Pull out the crumb tray, empty it, and place it back.
  4. Clean the appliance housing if required, using a soft material.
  5. Do not use chemical or abrasive cleaners.
  6. Keep the appliance in a dry cool place.
