Installing Your Device

Carefully plug the micro USB connector into the micro USB interface of the device.

Plug the USB connector of the power cable into the USB port of power adapter.
(The power adapter is required for the unit should be output DC 5V/1A). -
Hold the “Power ON” button for 3s to power on the Wi-Fi Gateway.
Instructions for SmartCuckoo App
- Installing the SmartCuckoo App
- Your Smart phone operating system must meet the following minimum requirements: iOS: iOS 8.0 or above / Android: Android 6.0 or above.
- Download and install the SmartCuckoo App from the Apple Store/Google Play Store.
- Connecting with the SmartCuckoo App Make sure your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network is working properly before connecting the Wi-Fi Gateway to the network.
- Launch the SmartCuckoo App.
- Click the button “Add Wi-Fi Device”, and then follow the instructions on the App pages to complete the steps.
- The Wi-Fi Gateway device will be shown on the main page after it is added. (Please check the above steps and try again if adding fails.)
- Using the SmartCuckoo App After the Wi-Fi Gateway is added, the App can obtain the data of the Bluetooth devices which are scanned by the Wi-Fi Gateway over network. (For more functions, please see App pages.)
LED Indicator Status Guides

Troubleshooting
- The Wi-Fi Gateway could not be connected to the Wi-Fi network or the connection is unstable.
- Check the name of the network and password. The device should be placed within the coverage of the router signal.
- The SmartCuckoo App cannot obtain data from Bluetooth devices.
- Make sure your Bluetooth devices are working.
- Make sure your Bluetooth devices are within the Bluetooth-enable Distance of Wi-Fi Gateway
