Product Usage Instructions

  1. Ensure that the power supply meets the specified voltage and frequency requirements (208/230 V AC, 1 phase, 60 Hz)
  2. Install the indoor unit in a suitable location on the ceiling, ensuring that there is enough space between the unit and the ceiling slab
  3. Connect the indoor unit to the outdoor unit using the provided connecting terminal block.
  4. Install the drain pipe according to the specified size (In. [mm]) and ensure that it is properly connected to the condensate lift mechanism
  5. Connect the condensate lift mechanism to the maximum distance specified (In. [mm]).
  6. Connect the fresh air intake hole and ensure that it is properly sealed
  7. Install the wired remote controller if desired, using the specified model PAC-SF40RM-E (not compatible with wireless remote controller)
  8. Connect the remote controller terminal block and wire entry according to the specified requirements.
  9. Install the control interface, remote sensor, and other accessories as needed.
  10. Securely fix the indoor unit using the provided self-tap screws at the designated places.
  11. Ensure that there is sufficient ceiling height (118-1/8″ [3000mm] or more) and clearance between the top of the unit and  the ceiling slab
  12. If using a branch duct, connect it to the designated hole and ensure proper sealing.
  13. Connect the gas and liquid pipes to the specified sizes (O.D. [Flared]).
  14. Once all connections are made, power on the unit and set the desired temperature and mode using the wired remote controller or other control interface. NOTE

  1. CHOOSE THE GRILLE AMONG THE DEDICATED GRILLES.
  2. REINFORCE THE SUSPENSION BOLT FOR EARTHQUAKE-RESISTANCE AS NEEDED.
  3. OR THE SUSPENSION BOLT, USE M10 OR W3/8. (PROCURED AT THE LOCAL SITE.)
  4. OR DRAIN PIPE, USE VP-25(0.D. n1-1/4″([ 32) PVC TUBE). DRAIN PUMP INCLUSION. RAISE IS MAX 33-7/16″(850mm) FROM THE CEILING.
  5. ELECTRICAL BOX MAY BE REMOVED FOR THE SERVICE PURPOSE. MAKE SURE TO SLACK THE ELECTRICAL WIRE LITTLE BIT FOR CONTROL/POWER WIRES CONNECTION.
  6. THE HEIGHT OF THE INDOOR UNIT IS ABLE TO BE ADJUSTED WITH THE GRILLE ATTACHED.
  7. REQUIRES “E” OR MORE SPACE BETWEEN TRANSOM AND CEILING FOR THE INSTALLATION.
  8. WHEN INSTALLING THE BRANCH DUCTS, BE SURE TO INSULATE ADEQUATELY. OTHERWISE CONDENSATION AND DRIPPING MAY OCCUR. (IT BECOMES THE CAUSE OF DROPLET OR DROPLET DRIPPING.)
  9. AS FOR NECESSARY INSTALLATION/SERVICE SPACE, PLEASE REFER TO THE RIGHT AT FIGURE.
  10. FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE OPTIONAL HIGH EFFICIENCY FILTER OR MULTI-FUNCTIONAL CASEMENT, REFER TO SPECIAL DRAWING. WALL CEILING GRILLE
