Thank you for choosing our heater. Before using the appliance, carefully read these instruc-tions to ensure it is used correctly. The safety precautions enclosed reduce the risk of death, injury and electrical shock when correctly followed. Keep the manual in a safe place for future reference, along with the com-pleted warranty card, purchase receipt and package. If applicable, pass these instructions on to the next owner of the appliance. Always follow basic safety precautions and accident prevention measures when using an electrical appliance. We assume no liability for custom-ers failing to comply with these requirements.

SECURITY INSTRUCTIONS

When using any electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should always be observed.

  • This appliance can be used by children aged eight years and above and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they are supervised or instructed on how to use the appliance safely and understand the hazards involved. Children should not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user mainte-nance should not be carried out by children without supervision.
  • Children younger than three years old should be kept away unless continuously supervised.
  • Children aged between three and eight years old may only switch the appliance on or off if it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been instructed on how to use the appliance safely and understand the hazards involved. Children aged between three and eight years old may not plug in, regulate and clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.
  • CAUTION: Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention must be paid when children and vulnerable people are present.
  • If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, the service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
  • CAUTION: In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal cut-out, this appliance must not be supplied through an external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by the utility.
  • WARNING: In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
  • The heater must not be located immediately below a plug socket.
  • Do not use this heater in the immediate vicinity of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool.

ADDITIONAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS FOR OIL HEATERS

  • This heater is filled with a precise quantity of special oil.
  • Repairs requiring opening of the oil container are only to be made by the manufacturer or their service agent, who should be contacted if there is an oil leak.
  • When scrapping the heater, follow the regulations for disposing of oil.

INSTALLATION

Your appliance should be used as a portable appliance only (paying attention to all the safety warnings given below)

  1. Put the heater on a flat, dry and clean surface.
  2. Install the rollers as shown on the image below
    • Warning: Always use your appliance with fixed rollers.
    • Leave a minimum distance of 1 m between any side of your appliance and any obstacle (furniture or walls, for example) to allow a good circulation of the airflow.
    • Always direct the airflow in order to optimise the heating of the room.
    • Avoid the corners, small spaces, wood floors, ceiling, etc…
    • INDOOR USE ONLY!

How to use:

  • Plug the appliance in to an AC 220-240V 50/60Hz socket
  • To start the heater, press the ON/OFF switch
  • Turn +/- to set the temperature from 5–35°C. When the temperature is set lower than 5°C, the screen will display that the heater is working in anti-frost mode.
  • To set the power, press MODE, turn +/- to select the power from H1-H2-H3: H1 is for low power (I), H2 is for medium power (II), H3 is for high power (I + II). After setting the power, press MODE to confirm or wait for three seconds.
  • To set the timer (timer off), press MODE for three seconds. The screen will display a flash-ing H, select the timer from 1-24, press MODE to confirm or wait for three seconds.
  • ECO mode. Press ECO to set the eco mode. If the target temperature is 20°C, the small number on the display will change to E.
  • Press ON/OFF switch to turn off the heater.
  • Unplug the product when it is not in use.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  • Switch off and unplug from the power supply before cleaning.

  • Using a soft, moist cloth, with or without a mild soap solution, carefully clean the exterior surface of the product.
    CAUTION: Allow the product to completely cool before handling or cleaning it.

  • Do not allow water or other liquids to run into the interior of the product as this could cause a fire and/or electrical hazard.

  • We also recommend periodically cleaning this appliance by lightly running a vacuum cleaner nozzle over the guards to remove any dust or dirt that may have accumulated inside or on the unit.
    CAUTION: Do not use harsh detergents, chemical cleaners or solvents as they may damage the surface finish of the plastic components..

In compliance with Directives: 2012/19/EU and 2015/863/EU on the restriction of the use of dangerous substances in electric and electronic equipment as well as their waste disposal. The symbol with the crossed dustbin shown on the package indicates that the product at the end of its service life shall be collected as separate waste. Therefore, any products that have reached the end of their useful life must be given to waste disposal centres specialising in separate collection of waste electrical and electronic equipment, or given back to the retailer at the time of purchasing new similar equipment, on a one for one basis. The adequate separate collection for the subsequent start-up of the equipment sent to be recycled, treated and disposed of in an environmentally compatible way contributes to preventing possible negative effects on the environment and health and optimises the recycling and reuse of components making up the apparatus. Abusive disposal of the product by the user involves application of the administrative sanctions according to the laws.
