Product Usage Instructions

  1. Ensure that the refrigeration cabinet door is closed to keep
the product chilled while the unit is off.

  2. Power off and unplug the unit, then unlock the door.

  3. Remove the left and right side panels and the splash
    guard.

  4. Remove the drink shuttle and shuttle rail.

  5. Disconnect the ribbon cable from the Auxiliary Board and push
    it aside.

  6. Wear cut-resistant gloves when installing the blender shaft as
it has sharp blades. Remove the blender shaft.

  7. From the blend chamber side of the unit, unscrew the cup holder
rods one at a time until they are removed from the cup holder. Be
careful not to damage the shaft with the spring attached. Remove
    the old cup holder.

  8. Locate the three cup holder guide rods near the blender motor.
Unhook one end of each of the two springs from the two closest
rods, leaving the spring attached to the rod furthest away.

  9. Locate three bushings.

  10. Lift each cup holder rod and install one bushing on each rod,
ensuring that the bushing is installed below the blender motor
plate. You can prop up the blender motor plate using the end of a
    universal screwdriver for assistance.

  11. Loosen the three cup holder rods. Pliers can be used at the top
    of the rods if needed.

  12. Install the new cup holder by screwing in each rod by hand. For
the rod with the spring still attached, screw counter-clockwise
several turns, place the screw into the top of the cup holder, and
slowly release the rod so that it self-screws from spring tension.
Ensure that all rods have been screwed into the cup holder
    completely.

  13. Carefully install the blender shaft, ensuring that it is not
cross-threaded. If any resistance occurs while tightening the
shaft, it means that the shaft is not seated properly. You may need
to disconnect the farthest John Guest Fitting from the water line
to get the fitting over the stem. The access hole in front of the
unit can be used to remove the retaining clip and fitting.

  14. Reattach the springs to the cup holder rods.

  15. Remove any items used to hold the blender motor plate up.
