    CAUTION
Blender shaft has sharp blades. Wear cut resistant gloves when installing blender shaft.

  5. Remove blender shaft.

  6. Locate the three (3) cup holder guide rods near the blender motor. On the two closest rods, unhook one end on each of the two springs. Leave spring attached to rod furthest away. NOTE: It may be helpful to prop up the blender motor plate using end of universal screwdriver.

  7. Loosen the three (3) cup holder rods. Pliers can be used at top of rods if needed.

  8. From blend chamber side of unit, unscrew cup holder rods one at a time until removed from cup holder. Be careful not to damage shaft with spring attached.
    Remove old cup holder.

  9. Locate three (3) bushings.

  10. Lift each cup holder rod and install one bushing on each rod. Make sure bushing is installed below the blender motor plate.

  11. Locate new cup holder.

  12. Install new cup holder by screwing in each rod by hand.
For the rod with spring still attached, screw counter clockwise several turns, place screw into top of cup holder and slowly release rod so rod self screws from spring  tension. Make sure all rods have been screwed into cup holder completely. CAUTION
Blender shaft has sharp blades. Wear cut resistant gloves when installing blender shaft.

  13. Carefully install blender shaft. DO NOT cross-thread.
When tightening shaft, if any resistance occurs, the shaft is not seated properly.

  14. Reattach springs to the cup holder rods.

  15. Remove screwdriver or any items used to hold blender motor plate up.

  16. Plug unit in and power ON.
NOTE: Watch to see that the cup holder and blender shaft move freely when unit cycles ON.
    BLENDER SHAFT RINSE NOZZLE
    Important
Do NOT tug or pull on water lines.

  17. Disconnect the two (2) John Guest fittings connecting blender shaft rinse nozzles from the rinse nozzle stems by removing bottom retaining clips NOTE: May need to disconnect farthest John Guest Fitting from water line to get fitting over stem. Access hole in front of unit can be used to remove the retaining clip and fitting.

  18. Hold stem fitting inside unit with one hand and unscrew blender shaft rinse nozzle block with other hand. Set stem fitting and rinse nozzle block aside. Repeat for other blender shaft rinse block and stem fitting.

  19. Locate new blender shaft rinse nozzle.

  20. Place new rinse nozzle assembly stems into holes.

  21. Push retaining clips over new rinse nozzle assembly stems to hold in place.

  22. Reconnect both John Guest elbow fittings. Makes sure connections to water lines and new nozzle assembly are secure to prevent leaks. Make sure to install red retaining clips. BLENDER BLADE RINSE NOZZLE

  23. Use 9/16” or metric 14 ratchet to remove bottom rinse nozzle, hold bottom fitting under basin while ratcheting.
    Do NOT damage basin.

  25. Clean basin if needed, then install new rinse nozzle from top of basin into hole and tighten plastic wing nut underneath basin. Make sure foam seal is on top side of basin

  26. Carefully pull fitting attached to water line out. Remove metal block fitting and replace with new John Guest elbow.

  27. Connect new John Guest elbow to new rinse nozzle stem. Be careful not to damage plastic wing nut. Make sure to install red retaining clips. BASIN RINSE NOZZLE

  29. Remove old block nozzle and stem fitting.

  30. Remove any silicone in basin and clean area.

  31. Locate new rinse nozzle.

  32. Install new nozzle and connect retaining clip to outside of basin. Make sure O-ring is inside basin. NOTE: New nozzle should be installed with thickest part of plastic at top so spray cutout faces down into basin.
