This install may require some technical skills and knowledge of basic mechanical work. If you do not feel that you are capable of performing this install please take this product to a trained professional.

Proper installation of this kit required knowledge of the factory recommended procedures for removal and installation of original equipment components.

We recommend that the factory shop manual and any special tools needed to service your vehicle be on hand during the installation. Installation of this kit without proper knowledge of the factory recommended procedures may affect the performance of these components and the safety of the vehicle.

STEP 1
Remove front section of hardtop/soft top.
STEP 2
Remove the two stock bolts holding the hardtop brackets using a (T50).
STEP 3
Remove the stock bolt holding the plastic using a (8mm Socket).
STEP 4
Remove the sun visor clips using a (T15).
STEP 5
Pull down on the overhead and remove the two bolts as shown below using a (T50).
STEP 6
Remove the nut using a (10mm wrench).
STEP 7
Install the front bracket using the hardware removed from step 5 and 6.
STEP 8
Assemble the two main panels with the provided 1/4-20 button head bolts, nylon lock nuts and washers using a (7/16 wrench) and a (5/32 allen).
STEP 9
Assemble the side mount brackets with the provided 1/4-20 button head bolts, nylon lock nuts and washers using a (7/16 wrench) and a (5/32 allen).
STEP 10
Assemble the backer plate with the provided 1/4-20 button head bolts, nylon lock nuts and washers using a (7/16 wrench) and a (5/32 allen). (keep the two front holes removed for later in install)
STEP 11
With another person, place the overhead molle that you assembled with the side mounts slipped into the slot provided on the bronco.
STEP 12
Install the stock bolt removed from step 3 using a (10mm wrench).
STEP 13
Install the clamp plates using the hardware removed from step 2 with a (T55).
STEP 14
Install the front of the overhead molle with the provided 1/4-20 button head bolts, nylon lock nuts and washers using a (7/16 wrench) and a (5/32 allen).
STEP 15
Clip the overhead back into place.
STEP 16
Re-install the sun visor clips using a (T15).
STEP 17
Stand back and enjoy your new ADD Overhead Molle.
Check and re-tighten, if needed, all mounting bolts after 100 miles and periodically thereafter.
