Product Usage Instructions

1. Read and understand all instructions, warnings, cautions, and notes contained in the installation instruction guide.
2. Consult your vehicle owner’s manual for proper disconnection of electrical and lifting of the vehicle if required for installation of this product.
3. If you do not feel capable of performing this installation, it is recommended to take the product to a trained professional.

5. Ensure that all contents of the package are not damaged and that all installation hardware has been included.
6. If parts are missing from the kit, provide the following information:
   • Name of purchase location
   • Bar Code on side of box
   • Date above bar code
   • Date inside box cover
7. Always wear eye protection when operating power tools.
8. Remove plastic as shown.
9. Locate the two factory holes as shown and use a uni bit to drill a 7/16 hole.
10. Install the provided 1/4-20 Rivet Nut with a rivet nut tool in the bottom slots. If they do not fit, use a uni bit to open the slot. Alternatively, use a 1/4-20 x 3/4 hex head bolt, a 1/4 washer, and a 3/8 nut to install the rivet nuts. Tighten using a 9/16 wrench and a 7/16 socket on an impact. Hardware is not included.
11. Install the provided 1/4-20 Rivet Nut with a rivet nut tool in the top holes you drilled in step 2. If you do not have a rivet nut tool, use a 1/4-20 x 3/4 hex head bolt, a 1/4 washer, and a 3/8 nut to install the rivet nuts. Tighten using a 9/16 wrench and a 7/16 socket on an impact. Hardware is not included.

REAR DOOR MSP
21+/FORD BRONCO

1. STEP 1
   Remove plastic as shown.

2. STEP 2
   Locate the two factory holes as shown below and use a (uni bit) to drill a 7/16” hole.

3. STEP 3
   Install the provided 1/4”-20 Rivet Nut with a (rivet nut Tool) in the bottom slots. (If they do not fit use a (uni bit) to open the slot)
   TECH TIP: If you do not have a rivet nut tool, use a 1/4-20 x 3/4 hex head bolt, a 1/4 washer, and a 3/8 nut to install the rivet nuts. Tighten using a (9/16 wrench) and a (7/16 socket) on a impact.
   HARDWARE NOT INCLUDED

4. STEP 4
   Install the provided 1/4”-20 Rivet Nut with a (rivet nut Tool) in the top holes you drilled in step 2. TECH TIP: If you do not have a rivet nut tool, use a 1/4-20 x 3/4 hex head bolt, a 1/4 washer, and a 3/8 nut to install the rivet nuts. Tighten using a (9/16 wrench) and a (7/16 socket) on a impact.
   HARDWARE NOT INCLUDED

5. STEP 5
   Install the 1/4”-20 x 7/8” threaded hex standoff using a (1/2 wrench). (DO NOT overtightened due to breakage)

6. STEP 6
   Install the 1/4”-20 x 1 1/2” threaded hex standoff using a (1/2 wrench). (DO NOT overtightened due to breakage)

7. S TEP 7
   Using a (uni bit), drill the accessory ready holes located on the plastic to a 11/16” hole.

8. STEP 8
   Re-install the plastic with the threaded standoffs extruding out.

9. STEP 9
   Install the aluminum backer plate with the provided 1/4”-20 x 1/2 button head bolts, nylon lock nuts, and washers with a (7/16 Wrench) and a (5/32 allen ).

10. STEP 10
    Install the rear door msp with the provided 1/4”-20 x 3/4” button head bolts, and washers using a (5/32 allen).

11. STEP 11
    Stand back and enjoy your new ADD Rear Door MSP.
    Check and re-tighten, if needed, all mounting bolts after 100 miles and periodically thereafter.
