Product Usage Instructions

Clean the oil from the measuring surfaces of the micrometer using a cloth.
Turn on the micrometer by pressing the SWITCH ON button.
Check the setting display to zero.
Contact the measuring surfaces of the anvil and the spindle with each other or with the setting gauge using the ratchet and take a measurement.
Rotate the micrometer screw in the direction of convergence of the measuring surfaces using the ratchet.
For zero setting, press the ZERO button on the touchscreen.

Precision Measurements: MICROTECH computerized micrometer with 0.1mm resolution is suitable for high precision measurements in manufacturing, automotive, medical industries, and calibration.
Color Go/NoGo Indication: Easy and quick limits control. Set maximum and minimum values through the menu. Color indication reduces the possibility of errors during control.
Internal Memory: The computerized micrometer has a memory manager that allows saving data to folders. Separate data or folders can be wirelessly transferred to MICROTECH Software (Windows, Android, iOS).
Formula Mode: Use Ax2+Bx+C formula for preset function and magnification of measured value. Formula can be updated upon customer request.
Error Compensation: Mathematical error compensation can beperformed by recalibrating the micrometer with a gauge block setand saving the results. The micrometer will indicate measuring results including the re-calibration.
Temperature Compensation: Recalculate details sizes with high or low temperatures to normal (20°C conditions). Available recalculation for 7 materials.

Charging:

Connect the USB cable for charging. The charging process willbe indicated on the battery status (switch on the device).Built-in Battery: Rechargeable Li-Pol battery.

Wireless Data Transfer:

Activate wireless data transfer in the wireless menu.
Switch on wireless data transmission.
Use the multifunctional button to save value to memory or send data by touchscreen or button push.
Connect the instrument with MICS indication system to a tabletor PC.
Send data to tablet or PC using touchscreen, multifunctional button push (activated in wireless menu), timer (activated in timermenu), or from internal memory.

Memory:

To save measuring data to the internal caliper’s memory, touchthe data area on the screen or perform a short button push.
You can view saved data through the menu or send it wirelesslyto Windows PC, Android, or iOS devices.

All MICROTECH Intelligent instruments has internal memory. You can collect data to memory and when it will be neccesary transfer all data to the peripheral device with no data loosing.
It’s possible transfer data, like in Wireless instruments up to 15 m or up 50 m with external antenna
