Product Usage Instructions
Cleaning Instructions:
Wipe the measuring surfaces of the caliper with a clean cloth soaked in gasoline to remove anti-corrosion oil. Then wipe them with a clean dry cloth.
Caliper Function:
This caliper has an Auto switch on/off function. Move the electronic module to switch on the caliper. It will automatically switch off after 10 minutes without any movement.
Battery Replacement:
If needed, open the battery cover and replace the battery (type CR2032) ensuring correct polarity. Replace the battery if the display blinks or is absent.
Double Force Control Measuring:
External Measuring with Force 8N:
- Contact external jaws to each other
- Push Force roll up to double-lines coming left 4N
Internal Measuring with Force 4N:
- Contact internal jaws inside the setting ring
- Preset the setting ring size on the caliper
- Push the Force roll up to the right lines on the Force indicator and press the SET button for 2 seconds for internal measuring

- Q: How do I know when to replace the battery?
- A: If the display blinks or is absent, it suggests replacing the battery with a new CR2032-type battery.
- Q: What is the range of the caliper?
- A: The caliper comes in three variations with ranges of 0-150mm, 0-200mm, and 0-300mm, or 0-6 inches, 0-8 inches, and 0-12 inches respectively.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
Wipe with a clean cloth, soak in gasoline, measure the surface of the frame, and gauge calipers to remove anti-corrosion oil. Then wipe them with a clean dry cloth.
This caliper has Auto switch on/ off function:
- move the electronic module for the switch on the caliper
- after 10 minutes without any moving caliper will switch off
After finishing work wipe the measuring surfaces of the caliper with a cloth soaked in gasoline and apply anti-corrosion oil
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
If necessary, open the battery cover; insert the battery (type CR2032) according to the polarity of the electrodes. Blinking display information or absence suggests replacing battery.
DOUBLE FORCE CONTROL MEASURING
EXTERNAL MEASURING with FORCE 8N
ZERO SETTING FOR EXTERNAL
- Contact external jaws to each other
- Push Force roll up to double-lines come left on Force indicator and press SET button 2s.
EXTERNAL MEASURING
- When double-lines on Force indicator in left position – Measuring Force on External jaws 8±2N.
INTERNAL MEASURING with FORCE 4N
PRESET INTERNAL VALUE
- Contact internal jaws inside the setting ring
- PRESET setting ring size on the caliper
- Push Force roll up to the right lines on the Force indicator and press SET button 2s.
- When double-lines on Force indicator in the right position – Measuring Force on Internal jaws 4±1N.
