WUBEN L1 Dual Beam Flashlight
Product Information
The product is a flashlight manufactured by WUBEN. It features a thrower and a flooder, allowing for different lighting options. The flashlight has a rotating head that can be smoothly rotated 180 degrees in a clockwise direction. It also has a battery indicator, USB Type-C port for charging, clip, lanyard hole, and magnetic tail cap. The flashlight has brightness adjustment levels and a brightness memory function. It comes with a waterproof ring for maintaining its waterproof performance.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before using the flashlight, please ensure that the package contents are complete.
- Remove the insulator plate before the first use of the flashlight.
- To rotate the flashlight head, use the beveled section angled at 45 degrees. Rotate it smoothly in a clockwise direction to convert the light head.
- Press the thrower button to turn on/off the thrower. Press it again to toggle the power.
- Press the flooder button to turn on/off the flooder. Press it again to toggle the power.
- To adjust the brightness levels, while the flooder is powered on, press and hold the flooder button to cycle through low-medium-high-low levels. When the thrower is turned on, the flooder can cycle through low-medium-low levels.
- Release the button at your desired brightness level to lock the brightness.
- The flashlight has a battery capacity indication feature. It illuminates for 5 seconds to display the remaining batterypower.
- To charge the flashlight, use the provided USB Type-C port. The flashlight indicates charging status through different modes: Charging, Fully Charged, Normal Discharging, and Low Battery (red flashing light).
- Maintain the waterproof performance by promptly replacing the waterproof ring if it gets damaged.
- Use only WUBEN or WUBEN recommended batteries for optimal performance.
- Clean the conductive parts of the flashlight using alcohol and a cloth as required.
- If the flashlight will not be used for an extended period, remove the battery to prevent potential leakage.
- Store the flashlight in a dry and well-ventilated area.
- Read the user manual thoroughly before using the product.
- Avoid shining the light directly into the eyes to prevent eye damage.
- Keep the product out of reach of children.
- Do not disassemble the product to maintain coverage under the WUBEN warranty policy.
- Do not dispose of the product in fire.
- Note: The product is not designed for diving purposes, so avoid prolonged submersion in water.

Flashlight Features
The L1 flashlight is a compact and easily transportable lighting solution with two light sources: a Luminus SST-40-W white light and an OSRAM P9 5000K (or NICHIA 519A) white light. The L1 features a rotating head, granting you the freedom to adjust the beam angle to your liking. With a 4800 mAh lithium battery and a convenient USB Type-C interface, this flashlight not only provides reliable illumination but also enables charging and discharging, ensuring that both the flashlight itself and your other devices remain powered up.

Flashlight Head Rotation
The beveled section, angled at 45 degrees, can be smoothly rotated 180 degrees in a clockwise direction, allowing for seamless conversion of the light head.
Operation Of The Flashlight
Thrower
- Power On/Off: Press the thrower button to turn on the thrower; press it again to turn itoff. The flashlight includes a brightness memory function, except for the flashing andturbo modes.
- Brightness Adjustment: Press and hold the thrower button to cycle through the brightness levels: low-medium-high-low. Release the button at your desired level to lock the brightness.
- Instant Turbo: At any state, quickly double-click the thrower button to activate turbo mode. Press the thrower button again to turn off the flashlight.
- Flashing Mode: At any state, triple-click the button to enter strobe mode. Triple-click again to cycle through different flashing modes: strobe-SOS-strobe.
Flooder
- Power On/Off: Press the flooder button to turn on the flooder; press it again to turn it off. The flashlight features a brightness memory function.
- Brightness Adjustment: While the flooder is powered on, press and hold the flooder button to cycle through the brightness levels: low-medium-high-low. When the thrower is turned on, the flooder can cycle through brightness levels: low-medium-low. Release the button at your desired level to lock the brightness.

Maintenance
- Extended usage may cause damage to the waterproof ring. Therefore, it is recommended to promptly replace the ring to maintain the product’s waterproof performance.
- Only utilize Wuben batteries or those specifically recommended by Wuben.
- When the flashlight indicates a low battery, promptly charge or replace the battery to prevent any disruption to the product’s normal operation.
- As required, clean the conductive parts of the flashlight using alcohol and a cloth.
- If the product will not be used for an extended period, remove the battery to prevent any potential leakage.

Limits Of The Flashlight
- When the thrower is activated, the flooder is limited to cycling through the brightness levels of low-medium-low.
- During the charging or discharging process of the flashlight, both the thrower and the flooder are restricted to using the low-medium brightness levels.

Common Issues and Solutions
Issue: Abnormal Flashing or Failure to Turn On
Possible Causes:
- The flashlight may be in lockout mode.
- The switch might not be turned on correctly.
- The assembly parts could be loose.
- The battery might be low on power or improperly installed.
- There could be dirt or foreign matter obstructing the conductive position.
- The battery could be in the flashlight backwards.
Solutions:
- Unlock the flashlight by following the lockout mode instructions in the user manual.
- Double-check if the switch is correctly turned on.
- Ensure that all assembly parts are tightened securely.
- Try charging the battery or reinstalling it correctly.
- Clean the conductive position thoroughly using alcohol and a cloth.
- Remove the battery and put it in correctly.
Issue: Abnormal Noise

years. If you need repair or other services during the warranty period,
contact the product seller directly, you must provide the original proof of
