Blaze Light Box 0803 – Hanging

The Blaze Hanging Light Box 0803 is a double-sided light box measuring 8’w by 3’h. It features a durable 6 aluminum frame available in Silver, White, or Black. The frame comes with pre-attached perimeter LED light bars that create a glowing effect. The light bars have an internal power supply, eliminating the need for separate power supplies within the frame and minimizing shadowing and cord management.

There are two options for the backlit graphic material:

• Backlit Textile: An 8 oz. tightly woven fabric that is slightly stretchy, foldable, and washable. It is best for multipleuses.
• Intensity: A 6.5 oz. material with a smooth, coated finish. It is printed using a UV printing process, allowing for vibrantbacklit graphics.

How to Apply & Remove Graphics:

Installation:

1. Push the SEG bead into each corner of the frame (1-4) with your thumb.
2. Push the SEG bead into the middle of the run (5-8).
3. Work your way around the perimeter of the frame, pushing in the beading properly.
4. If necessary, go around the perimeter again to ensure the beading is secure in the extrusion profile.

Note: Keep the setup area clean by using a drop cloth, washing hands before setup, or wearing gloves.

Removal:

Use the pull tab located on the graphic and gently pull the graphic from the frame, going around the perimeter.

Graphics Storage & Care:

Graphics should be folded with the graphic facing inward and stored in a zip lock or sealable plastic bag. Spot clean by wiping with a damp white cloth. If washing is necessary, use a commercialsize front-loading washing machine on a gentle cycle with cool water. Line dry flat. Dry cleaning is NOT recommended to prevent shrinkage.

The light bars include an internal power supply, which means no separate power supplies within the frame, minimizing shadowing and cord management. Two backlit graphic material options are available to choose from, Backlit Textile (dye-sublimation printed) and Intensity (UV/LED printed). Backlit Textile is an 8 oz. tightly woven fabric that is slightly stretchy, foldable and washable; it is best for multiple uses. Intensity is a 6.5 oz.material that has a smooth, coated finish. UV printing process allows Intensity to be double struck with ink creating vibrant backlit graphics

How to Apply & Remove Graphics

Installation: Push the SEG bead into each corner of the frame (1-4) with your thumb, then push the SEG beadinto the middle of the run (5-8) and work your way around the perimeter of the frame until all beading is pushedin properly; if necessary, go around the perimeter again to ensure beading is secure in the extrusion profile
