The Blaze Freestanding Light Box 0306 is a double-sided light box measuring 3 feet wide by 6 feet high. It features a durable 6 aluminum frame available in Silver, White, or Black. The frame comes pre-attached with perimeter, interior LED light bars that create a glowing effect. The light bars include an internal power supply, eliminating the need for separate power supplies within the frame and reducing shadowing and cord management issues. Two backlit graphic material options are available: Backlit Textile (dye-sublimation printed) and Intensity (UV/LED printed). The Backlit Textile is an 8 oz. tightly woven fabric that is slightly stretchy, foldable, and washable, making it suitable for multiple uses. The Intensity material is a 6.5 oz. material with a smooth, coated finish. The UV printing process allows for vibrant backlit graphics.

Product Usage Instructions

1. To assemble the light box, use the included MULTI HEX KEY.
2. For applying graphics, follow these steps:
3. Push the SEG bead into each corner of the frame with your thumb (1-4).
4. Push the SEG bead into the middle of the run (5-8).
5. Work your way around the perimeter of the frame, pushing in the beading properly.
6. If necessary, go around the perimeter again to ensure secure beading in the extrusion profile.
7. For removing graphics, locate the pull tab on the graphic and gently pull it from the frame, going around the perimeter.
8. To store graphics, fold them with the graphic facing inward and store them in a zip lock or sealable plastic bag.
9. For cleaning, spot clean the graphics by wiping with a damp white cloth. If washing is necessary, use a commercial size front-loading washing machine with a gentle cycle and cool water. Line dry the graphics flat. Dry cleaning is not recommended to prevent shrinkage.
10. When connecting LED lights, remember that a maximum of 20 LED fixtures can be connected in a line. Connect the LED lights end to end and feed the power cable through the grommet hole.

How to Apply & Remove Graphics

• Installation and removal of SEG graphics is easy!
• Installation: Push the SEG bead into each corner of the frame (1-4) with your thumb, then push the SEG bead into the middle of the run (5-8) and work your way around the perimeter of the frame until all beading is pushed in properly; if necessary, go around the perimeter again to ensure beading is secure in the extrusion profile.
  • Note: Keep the set up area clean by using a drop cloth, washing hands before set-up or by wearing gloves.
  • Removal: Use the pull tab located on the graphic and gently pull the graphic from the frame, going around the perimeter.

Graphics Storage & Care

Graphics should be folded with the graphic facing inward and stored in a zip lock /sealable plastic bag. Spot clean by wiping with a damp white cloth. If washing is necessary, use a commercial size front-loading washing machine, gentle cycle with cool water. Line dry flat. Dry cleaning is NOT recommended to prevent shrinkage.

NOTE: A maximum of 20 LED fixtures can be connected in a line.
