User Manual
Getting Started
- Before installation, please check the accessories carefully to ensure that the product and accessories are correct and complete.
- In order to ensure that the device is running well, please format the micro SD card first before use.
- During installation, be sure not to insert the car key into the power supply, and donor insert or remove any machine accessories like microSD card or rear camera when the dash cam is powered on. These actions should be completed when power is turned off.
- When the car key is plugged into the vehicle, the dash cam will automatically turn on. Please check whether the function of power on/off, the cameras display is normal.
- If you need to download the recording videos and images, please turn off the camera first before removing the microSD card.
- You must use U3 high-speed card (recommended capacity 8GB-256GB),lower than U3 will cause problems like video stutter, black screen, and video cannot be recorded or cannot be played.
- For some mobile phone models, if find that the Tascam APP cannot be connected to the preview, please turn on the airplane mode of the mobile phone and try.

Operation and Settings
Button operation during recording
Power button [on/off/back button]
- Short press the Power button to Power on and long press the Power button 2S to power off
- Power on the state: short press for the switch screen function
- Menu interface: short press to return to the video mode
- playback interface: short press to switch to the picture mode, short press again to return to the video mode
- playback video or picture: short press to return to the file preview interface
Up button
[upturn/Video/switch recording]
- video mode: short press to open or stop recording video
- recording video mode: long press to open/close the Audio recording function
- Menu/playback preview: press to scroll up to down button
Menu button [Menu/mode switch/OK key/ lock key]
- Stop recording: short press to enter the menu
- Stop video recording: long press to switch mode, switch to playback mode
- When recording: short press for the emergency lock video
- Menu mode: short press to determine the function, long press to exit the function
- Playback list: short press to determine the function, long press to return to the playback list interface when playing back the video or picture
- Playback list: long press to enter the display menu
Down button [switch camera video/snap]
- Video m2. Video module: press to switch the front, rear, and inside shots
- long press to capture pictures
- Menu/Playback preview: press to scroll down
- File mode: long press to return to video mode
Work Indicator
Blue indicator light
- Blue light is visible on the camera is plugged into the supply.
- The indicator light blue light blinks on the Camera is recording.
Power On and Off
The camera will automatically turn on when the vehicle is started and turn off
when the vehicle is turned off.
Short press the on/off button once to turn on the camera, and then long press
it again to turn off the camera.
When plugging in the car charger, the camera will automatically turn on and
automatically start recording. When unplugging the car charger, it will
automatically save the current video file and immediately shut down.

then presser menu button to enter the main interface
