Product Information
The Blaze Freestanding Light Box 2010 is a double-sided light box with a durable 6 aluminum frame. It has dimensions of 20’w by 10’h and is available in Silver, White, or Black. The light box features perimeter, interior LED light bars that are pre-attached to the frame, providing a glowing effect. The light bars have an internal power supply, eliminating the need for separate power supplies within the frame and minimizing shadowing and cord management. There are two options for backlit graphic materials: Backlit Textile (dye- sublimation printed) and Intensity (UV/LED printed). Backlit Textile is an 8 oz. fabric that is stretchy, foldable, and washable, making it suitable for multiple uses. Intensity is a 6.5 oz. material with a smooth, coated finish that allows for vibrant backlit graphics.

Powder Coat Color Options
Choose the desired powder coat color option for the Blaze Freestanding Light Box 2010.
Tools Required
Make sure to have a MULTI HEX KEY (INCLUDED) for the installation process.
LED Lights
Note that a maximum of 20 LED fixtures can be connected in a line. When
connecting the LED lights, do not connect them at the corner. Instead, feed
the power cable through the grommet hole and use a Y-connector to connect the
LED lights end to end.
How to Apply & Remove Graphics
Installation of SEG graphics is easy. Push the SEG bead into each corner of
the frame (1-4) with your thumb. Then, push the SEG bead into the middle of
the run (5-8) and work your way around the perimeter of the frame until all
beading is properly secured in the extrusion profile. If necessary, go around
the perimeter again to ensure secure beading. To remove the graphics, gently
pull the graphic from the frame using the pull tab located on the graphic and
go around the perimeter.
Graphics Storage & Care
When storing the graphics, fold them with the graphic facing inward and store
them in a zip lock or sealable plastic bag. Spot clean the graphics by wiping
them with a damp white cloth. If washing is necessary, use a commercial size
front-loading washing machine with a gentle cycle and cool water. Line dry the
graphics flat. Avoid dry cleaning to prevent shrinkage.

frame and make the box GLOW. The light bars include an internal power supply,

Two backlit graphic material options are available to choose from,
Backlit Textile (dye-sublimation printed) and Intensity (UV/LED printed).
Backlit Textile is an 8 oz. tightly woven fabric that is slightly stretchy,
foldable and washable; it is best for multiple uses. Intensity is a 6.5 oz.
material that has a smooth, coated finish. The UV printing process allows
Intensity to be double struck with ink creating vibrant backlit graphics.

How to Apply & Remove Graphics
Installation and removal of SEG graphics is easy!
Installation: Push the SEG bead into each corner of the frame (1-4) with your
thumb, then push the SEG bead into the middle of the run (5-8) and work your
way around the perimeter of the frame until all beading is pushed in properly;
if necessary, go around the perimeter again to ensure beading is secure in the
extrusion profile.
Note: Keep the set up area clean by using a drop cloth, washing hands before set-up or by wearing gloves.
Removal: Use the pull tab located on the graphic and gently pull the graphic from the frame, going around the perimeter.
Graphics Storage & Care
