IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

Read all instructions before use.
To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse power cable, plug or appliance itself in water or other liquids.
This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
Always unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Call the authorized service facility for examination, repair or adjustment.
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced with a special cord or kit provided by the manufacturer or service specialist.
Accessories that are not recommended by the appliance`s manufacturer may cause injuries.
Do not use outdoors.
Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch hot surfaces.
Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
Always attach the power cord to appliance first, then plug cord into wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to OFF position, then remove plug from wall outlet.
Oversized foods or metal utensils must not be inserted in the appliance as they may cause a fire or risk of electrical shock.
A fire may occur if the appliance is covered or touching flammable material including curtains, draperies, walls and the like when in operation.
Do not clean with metal scouring pads. Pieces can break off the pad and touch electrical parts, involving a risk of electrical shock.
Do not store any materials other than manufacturers recommended accessories in this unit when not in use.
Do not place any of the following materials inside the unit: paper, cardboard, plastic, etc.
Do not operate the appliance exceed 60 seconds.
After that the appliance need to cool down to room temperature for not overheating.
There is a potential injury from misuse. Care is needed when handling cutting blades, especially when removing the blade from the bowl, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above or persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are aged from 8 years and above and supervised.
Children should not play with the device.
Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
a. staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other similar working environments;
b. in agricultural working environments;
c. by customers in hotels, motels etc. and similar establishments;
d. in bed and breakfast type environments

USING THE DEVICE

Before each use:

Check the grinding cup for presence of foreign objects before using.
Make sure the grinder is placed on a flat surface/
Make sure the grinding cup is completely clean and dry before use.
Always operate the appliance with plastic top cover installed.
Blades are sharp. Handle carefully.

Connect the power cable and plug it in.
Pour the coffee beans into the grinder (never fill the bowl more than 2/3 full).
Close the inside lid and plastic cover then press the switch button.
Release the switch when the solids are sufficiently ground.

GRINDING TIME
Coarse: 5-10 seconds for French Press coffee.
Medium: 15-20 seconds for Mocha.
Fine: 30-35 seconds for finely powdered Espresso.
It is not recommend grinding for more than 35 seconds. If you grind longer, your coffee will get warmer and will lose some of its flavor.

GRINGDING SPICES & HERBS

You can use your grinder to grind dry spices and herbs. Do not grind any herbs or spices that are too hard or long like cinnamon bark or nutmeg. Flavor transfer may occur between coffee and spices depending on usage. Ensure grinder is always clean or use second grinder if you grind both spices and coffee regularly.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If grind mechanism is blocked, remove the plug from the wall socket immediately, free any jammed beans from around the blade area and clean the bean container as described in the section “Cleaning and care”.
If the work suddenly stops during operation, it may be caused by the motor temperature control protection. Please remove the plug from the wall socket and cool down the grinder for 20-30 minutes before using.

If malfunctions or other defects occur, please contact the authorized service center.

CLEANING AND CARE

Unplug before cleaning.
Empty the bean container. Wipe the bowl with a brush and/or with a damp cloth.
CAUTION: the blade is sharp!
Wipe the outside housing and the lid with a damp cloth

NEVER IMMERSE THE DEVICE IN ANY LIQUID.

CORRECT DISPOSAL OF THIS PRODUCT

To return your used device, please use the return and collection systems or contact the retailer where the product was purchased. They can take this product for environmental safe recycling.

Due to the constant process of making changes and improvements, there may be some differences between the instructions and the product. The manufacturer hopes that the user will pay attention to it.

Warranty conditions:
The plant guarantees normal operation of the product within 12 months from the date of the sale, provided that the consumer complies with the rules of operation and care provided by this Manual.
Service life of the product is 5 years.
In order to avoid any misunderstanding we kindly ask you to carefully study the Owner’s Manual, the terms of warranty, and check the correctness of filling the Warranty Card. The Warranty Card is valid only if the following information is correctly and clearly stated: model, serial number of the product, date of sale, clear seals of the companyseller, signature of the buyer.
The model and serial number of the product must correspond to those specified in the Warranty Card.
If these terms are violated, and if the information specified in the Warranty Card is changed, erased or rewritten, the Warranty Card is considered invalid.
Setup and installation (assembly, connection, etc.) of the appliance are described in the attached documentation; they can be carried out both by the user, and by specialists having the necessary qualification sent by USC or selling companies (on a paid basis). In this case, the person (the institution) installing the appliance shall be responsible for the correctness and quality of installation (setup). Please pay attention to the importance of the correct installation of the appliance, both for its reliable operation, and for obtaining warranty and free service. Require the installation specialist to enter all the necessary information about the installation in the Warranty Card.

In case of failure of the appliance during the warranty period by the fault of the manufacturer, the owner is entitled to free warranty repair upon presentation of the correctly filled Warranty Card together with the appliance in the factory configuration packed in the original packaging to the warranty workshop or the place of its purchase. Satisfaction of the customer’s claim due to the fault of the manufacturer shall be made in accordance with the law «On Protection of Consumers’ Rights». In the case of warranty repair the warranty period shall be extended for the period of repair and shipment.

WARRANTY CARD

We ask you to keep the coupon during the warranty period. When purchasing a product, require a full warranty card.

Warranty service is carried out only if there is a correctly and clearly filled original warranty card, which indicates: product model, date of sale, serial number, warranty service period, and the seller’s seal. *
The service life of household appliances is 5 years.
The product is intended for consumer use. When using the product in commercial activities, the seller / manufacturer does not bear warranty obligations, after-sales service is performed on a paid basis.
Warranty repair is carried out within the period specified in the warranty card for the product in an authorized service center on the conditions and terms determined by applicable law.
The product is withdrawn from the warranty in case of violation by the consumer of the operating rules set forth in the instruction manual.
