SCOSCHE DUDB4 Distribution Block
Product Information
The DUDB4 is a distribution block designed for power and ground distribution in car audio systems. It features O to 4 gauge input adapters and 4 to 8 gauge output adapters pre-installed in the wire terminals. The block allows for easy changing from smaller to larger gauge by loosening the set screw.
The DUDB4 can be used in two different ways:
- As a 1-in/4-out power distribution block
- As a combination 1-in/2-out power and 2-in/1-out ground block
Product Usage Instructions
Setting up as a 1-in/4-out Distribution Block:
- Unscrew and remove one of the terminal inputs from the distribution block (A).
- Remove the negative conversion plate (B).
- Align center and secure the second terminal input to the distribution block (C).
- Install the correct fuse values recommended by the amplifier manufacturer (D).
- Reinstall the cover plate.
Setting up as a Combination Power/Ground Distribution Block:
- Ensure that the metal negative conversion plate is installed into the two left or two right fuse, depending on which side you wish to use for ground (E).
- Install the correct fuse values recommended by the amplifier manufacturer (F).
- Reinstall the cover plate.

DISTRIBUTION BLOCK INSTRUCTIONS
The block has O to 4 gauge input adapters and 4 to 8 gauge output adapters pre-installed in the wire terminals. To Change from the smaller to the larger gauge simply loosen the set screw until the adapter can be removed from the terminal (see illustration).
The DUDB4 can be used in two different ways:
- As a 1-in/4-out power distribution block
- As a combination 1-in/2-out power and 2- in/1-out ground block
SETTING UP AS A 1-IN/4-OUT DISTRIBUTION BLOCK
Unscrew and remove one of the terminal inputs from the distribution block (A).
Second, remove the negative conversion plate (B). Third, align center and
secure the second terminal input to the distribution block (C). Fourth,
install the correct fuse values recommended by the amplifier manufacturer (D).
Lastly, reinstall the cover plate. SETTING UP AS A COMBINATION POWER/GROUND
DISTRIBUTION BLOCK
First, make sure the metal negative conversion plate is installed into the two
left or two right fuse, depending on which side you wish to use for ground
(E). Second, install the correct fuse values recommended by the amplifier
manufacturer (F). Lastly, reinstall the cover plate.
