Getting Started

3.1 How to recharge the Powerbank

Fully charge the device before using it for the first time. Switch on the Powerbank. The LED screen will light up and the battery symbol will show the current battery status of the VoltHub Graphene.
The supplied cable already supports the fastest charging standard. However, the charging speed also depends on the charger you use (sold separately)

3.2 How to charge a phone or other device

You have various options for charging your devices:
USB-C:
Use these ports to charge USB-C notebooks or smartphones that support Power Delivery, such as iPhones from Generation 8 and above.
USB-A:
This port supports a variety of fast charging protocols, such as Qualcomm Quick Charge. It therefore quickly charges many different types of Android smartphones.
Wireless Charging (Smartphone and Smartwatch):
If you do not have a cable at hand, wireless charging on the go can be very useful. Simply place your device on the charging area. If it does not charge wirelessly, check the points under “Troubleshooting”.
Note that there are two different charging surfaces for Smartphones and Smartwatches (see picture description).

Function notes

4.1 Temperature management
The builtin innovative composite battery celsofthe VoliHub Graphene use oraphene. This makes it particulary effective conductor of heat and eectricty. Compared to conventional ithum-on batteries, more energy can be supplied during the charging process, but the tempeature remains stable at around 60 degrees Celius. S, the bateres n your VoltHub Graphens can go hough up t0 2,000 recharging cycls before they lose capacty. The saety of your devics during ast charge i increased and the Ife of your smarphone batery
is extended.

4.2 How 0 read the LED display
1the power bankis swiched on the LED indicator lights up and the batery symbol Shows the remaining battery iatus.
Thisis what the symbols mean.

Progress bar 1 bar 2 bars 3 bars 4 bars 5 bars
Remaining energy 11% – 20% 21% – 40% 41% – 60% 61% – 80% 81% – 100%
  • If the battery of the VoltHub Graphene is almost empty, the bars in the battery symbol flash.
  • lf the battery charge level of the device to be charged is below 80%, quick charging starts and PD OUT is shown in the display.
  • If the charge level is above 80%, the standard charging process starts. OUT appears in the display.
  • the * The wireless symbol indicates that a device is being charged wirelessly.

4.3 Additional information on charging

  • If you connect another device, the power bank changes the distribution of the output power. This is done by deliberately interrupting the charging process of the other devices for a short time.
  • Interrupt the charging of your devices if only 1 bar is displayed on the ower power bank or if it is flashing (<10% charge). First recharge the power bank battery.
  • If the power bank is empty, the LED display stops flashing and the VoltHub duick Graphene automatically turns off.
  • The power bank only charges laptops when it has enough power itself.

Troubleshooting

5.1 My device does not charge via Wireless Charge

  • Check if the smartphone you are using is compatible for fast wireless charging.
If possible, also test it with another wireless charger.

  •  If necessary, remove the protective cover or metal sticker from the back of your device.

  • Check to see if another device that supports wireless charging is not charging.
This will help determine if there is a defect or compatibility problem.

  • Switch on the power bank via power button, so the display is active and press the power button a second time, to manually start the wireless charging. The be wireless charging symbol in the display indicates whether, the wireless charging is active or not. Long press the power button to manually deactivate the go wireless charging again.

5.2 Charging is too slow

  • Note that you need the right charger and cable for the fastest charging.
  • For quick charging the power bank or a MacBook Pro, for example, you need a 5A USB-C cable. This is included in the scope of delivery.
  • To quick charge the power bank, you will also need a USB-C charger with Power Delivery and 100 watts of power output (sold separately).
  • For fast charging iPhones, a Mfi-certified USB-C to Lightning cable (sold separately) is required. Only 8th-generation iPhones and above support fast charging via Power Delivery.
