SMITH 190451 Concrete Compression Sprayer

PRESSURE DISCHARGE OF LIQUID CHEMICALS. Read instruction manual and chemical
manufacturer’s instructions before use.
Connect Hose To Tank
IMPORTANT: Do not attempt to heat or alter Hose, Hose Nut, or Adapter
prior to assembly.
A. Insert Hose Dip Tube into Tank. (See Figure A).
B. Align tabs on Hose Adapter with slots in
Tank, and push Hose Adapter into Tank until it stops. (See Figure B).
C. Slide Hose Nut down to tank and turn clockwise to tighten. (See Figure
C).
NOTE: Do not use tools to tighten hose nut.
Connect Shutoff to Hose
Screw on Shutoff to end of Hose. Tighten securely. (See Figure D).
Connect Nozzle to Wand
Place Check Valve inside of Brass Wand. Then place brass Teejet® Nozzle and
Nut on top and screw into place. (See Figure E).
Connect Wand to Shutoff
Align Wand Assembly to Shutoff and tighten Nut using a 13/16” wrench. (See
Figure F).
