Instructions

Secure food into the pins of the food holder.

Place the Madeline on a flat surface.

Insert blade and press to lock.

Use the rear knob to adjust desired thickness.

Use the front knob to select 6mm or 9mm julienne blades.
Note: Adjust the thickness to 0mm when using coarse / fine shredders. -
Lift blade or push out from below to remove.

Folding in the mandoliner stand allows the slicer to be used on top of containers by aligning the notches underneath.
Cleaning
-
The mandoliner and blades can be washed in the dishwasher.
Note: Do not wash blade box in dishwasher. -
Open the julienne blade cover and clean with a brush. Press to the close the cover.
