Thorin Fabrication 2009-2023 RAM 1500 Rear Sway bar Links
These instructions are applicable to the following Trucks:
•2009-2022 Ram 1500 with rear coil spring suspension Applicable part number:
TF-SBLKIT-130
Tools Required:
Standard Socket / Wrench tool kit
Drill with 1/2” drill bit (as necessary)
Pre-assembly
- Park on level ground
- No need to remove the wheels or jack your truck up
- Remove both OEM Sway Bar Links.

Test fit the supplied 1/2” bolts in the frame and Sway Bar mount holes. Each bolt should effertlessly slide through mount hole. If it’s a tight fit, use your drill and 1/2” drill bit to clean up the holes and open them up.
Installation

Mount Sway Bar Links on outside of Frame and Sway Bar with the Zerk fittings facing forward and pointed upward.

Install the Stainless Steel Crush Sleeve with the flat face against the frame and against the Sway Bar.

Bolts should be installed with bolt head on the outside against Center Ball.

Final torque on all hardware is 110 Ft/Lbs.

Grease all four Zerks with high quality synthetic grease and enjoy the ride!
