Product Usage Instructions
Step 1: Review of Delivery
Please check the contents of the package upon delivery to ensure all
components are present.
Step 2: Exclusion of Liability
Please note that Moto Gadget shall not be liable for any damage or defects
resulting from negligence or failure to follow the operating and safety
instructions provided.
Step 3: Safety Instructions
Read and follow all safety instructions provided in the user manual.
Step 4: mo. Switch combinations
The mo. switch basic LED can be combined with different numbers of push
buttons depending on the desired functionality. Here are the available
combinations:

Step 5: Setup
Follow the instructions below to set up the mo. switch:
- Insert the push-button inlay (A) into the housing (B).
- Connect the push-button inlay to the housing using the push-button inlay clamping screw.
- If needed, use the adapter sleeve (22mm to 1zoll) for installation.
Step 6: Installation
Mount all handlebar attachments and position them correctly. Clamp the mo.
switch the housing to the handlebar. Then, drill four holes with a diameter of
5mm into the handlebar. Carefully deburr the holes inside and outside.
Step 7: Mounting and Wiring
For mo. switch basic LED with 2 buttons, use the following wiring:

For mo. switch basic LED with 3 buttons, use the following wiring:

All products from moto gadget are thoroughly checked to ensure they are completely fault-free when dispatched. Please check the received goods immediately for possible transport damage. Should a return of the received delivery be agreed upon, please note that we only take back goods in their original packaging. Safety Instructions
- THE VEHICLE BATTERY MUST BE COMPLETELY DISCONNECTED BEFORE ANY WORK ON THE VEHICLE’S ELECTRICAL FIRST, DISCONNECT THE NEGATIVE TERMINAL AND THEN THE POSITIVE TERMINAL. FOR RECONNECTION PROCEED IN THE REVERSE ORDER
- USING THE SWITCH WITH A PLUS POLE CONNECTED TO THE VEHICLE FRAME (OLDER ENGLISH MOTORCYCLES) IS NOT POSSIBLE.
- INSTALLATION AND ELECTRICAL CONNECTION OF THE UNIT MAY ONLY BE CARRIED OUT BY A CERTIFIED MOTORCYCLE TECHNICIAN.
- ALL CABLE DIAMETERS MUST BE DIMENSIONED ACCORDING TO THE CURRENT FLOW
- ALL ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS IN THE WIRING LOOM AND AT THE CONNECTION TERMINALS HAVE TO BE CARRIED OUT FAILURE AT CONNECTING JOINTS MAY CAUSE CONTACT RESISTANCE AND LEAD TO HEAT GENERATION DURING HIGH CURRENT FLOW. THERE IS A RISK OF SERIOUS OR LETHAL INJURIES.

Setup
Installation
- Mount all handlebar attachments and finalize their position. Clamp mo. switch the housing to the handlebar.
- Drill 4 holes with a 5mm diameter into the handlebar. Deburr the holes inside and outside carefully
Mounting and wiring
Guide the mo. switch connection cable through the handlebar hole at the clamping point and then through the second, central handlebar hole. Clamp the housing to the handlebar with the clamping screw. Carefully insert the push- button inlay into the housing and pull the cable piece by piece. Fasten the inserted push-button inlay to the housing with the supplied countersunk screw. Lay the connecting cable from the handlebars on the vehicle to the mo. unit without pulling or kin-king. The individual wires are connected as follows:
mo. Switch basic LED 2 buttons:
- black vehicle ground
- red terminal 15 (switched +12V), or AUX1 or AUX2 of the mo.unit
- brown button A switches to ground and connects to the desired mo. unit input
- green button B switches to ground, connects to the desired mo. unit input
mo. Switch basic LED 3 buttons:
- black vehicle ground
- red terminal 15 (switched +12V), or AUX1 or AUX2 of the mo. unit
- white button A switches to ground and connects to the desired mo. unit input
- yellow button B switches to ground, connects to the desired mo. unit input
- green button C switches to ground, connects to the desired mo. unit input
