Countertop Glass

Please read the manual thoroughly prior to equipment setup, operation, and maintenance.
Warning and Safety
WARNING : This product works with liquid CO2 only, do not use other compressed gas cylinders with high-pressure or non-liquid CO2. A liquid CO2 cylinder with siphon tube is recommended for effective delivery of liquid CO2. A non-liquid CO2 cylinder may be used if the tank is inverted (turned upside down). Install this product in a well-ventilated area to assist in venting excess CO2.
Setup and Operating
- Connect the glass froster with CO2 tank and make sure there is no gas leak.
- Slowly open CO2 tank, ensuring no leaks in the system, then fully open CO2 tank.
- Connect the glass froster with the power.
- Press the blue-red button to turn on the machine.
- Prepare the glasses.
- Press on the blue button to ensure equipment is operational.
Replacing CO2 Cylinder:
When frosting time exceeds 10 seconds, this is an indication that it is time
to change the cylinder.

Close the shut-off valve of the CO2 cylinder.

Press the blue button of the glass froster until all excess pressure is released.

Loosen the nut on the CO2 cylinder and remove the CO2 cylinder.

Replace with full CO2 cylinder.

Place steel wire for connection hose around the CO2 tank.

Add rubber seal rings to inside of connection hose nut, then connect to CO2 tank.

Tighten using hands, then use a wrench to tighten.
NOTE : Do not overtighten. -
Slowly open CO2 tank, ensuring no leaks in the system, then fully open CO2 tank.

Press down on the blue button to ensure equipment is operational.
Troubleshooting
PROBLEM | SOLUTION |
---|---|
Long frosting time | Replace the CO2 tank with a full tank. |
Not frosting at all | Replace the CO2 tank with a full tank. |
This unit requires a CO2 tank with a siphon tube.
