Parts Identification
Operation
- Remove the weighted loading block from the machine.
- Place the clips between the clip holder rods with the opening of the clips facing away from the machine.
- Place the weighted loading block back in the original position between the clip holder rods and above the clips.
- Put the bag or casing that needs to be clipped at the clipping point.
- Apply pressure to the handle. This allows the clipper to move and clip the bag or casing.
NOTES
- The tightness of the sausage after clipping is closely related to the size and thickness of the sausage casing.
- Adjust the stop screw clockwise to loosen and counterclockwise to tighten according to the diameter of the casing. The user should have moderate tightness as the standard.
Cleaning
- Wash all parts thoroughly with warm, soapy water. NOTE: A long bristle brush is recommended for cleaning.
- Rinse with clear water.
- Sanitize as necessary.
- Dry thoroughly before storage.
NOTES
Any metal parts must be coated with a food-safe silicone spray to prevent
rusting. If the metal parts are not properly protected, they will begin to
rust very quickly.

Pressing is laborious.
| Pressing issues starts prior to 6 months of use.| Clean the debris in the
mold groove and add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil.
Pressing issues starts after 1 year of use.| Swap the upper and lower
positions of the lower mold, or replace the lower mold.
