Operation

  1. Remove the weighted loading block from the machine.
  2. Place the clips between the clip holder rods with the opening facing away from the machine.
  3. Reposition the weighted loading block between the clip holder rods and above the clips.
  4. Position the bag or casing at the clipping point.
  5. Apply pressure to the handle to clip the bag or casing.

Ensure the clips are placed properly, and apply moderate tightness based on the casing diameter.

Cleaning

Operation

  1. Remove the weighted loading block from the machine.
  2. Place the clips between the clip holder rods with the opening of the clips facing away from the machine.
  3. Place the weighted loading block back in the original position between the clip holder rods and above the clips.
  4. Put the bag or casing that needs to be clipped at the clipping point.
  5. Apply pressure to the handle. This allows the clipper to move and clip the bag or casing.

NOTES

  • The tightness of the sausage after clipping is closely related to the size and thickness of the sausage casing.
  • Adjust the stop screw clockwise to loosen and counterclockwise to tighten according to the diameter of the casing. The user should have moderate tightness as the standard.

Cleaning

  • Wash all parts thoroughly with warm, soapy water. NOTE: A long bristle brush is recommended for cleaning.
  • Rinse with clear water.
  • Sanitize as necessary.
  • Dry thoroughly before storage.

NOTES
Any metal parts must be coated with a food-safe silicone spray to prevent rusting. If the metal parts are not properly protected, they will begin to rust very quickly.

Troubleshooting

**** The nail is stuck.

| The placement position of the weighted loading block is incorrect.| Place the weighted loading block on the outer slide and press

it onto the clip.

Insufficient clips on the slide.| Add more clips.
**** The handle cannot be pressed down.| Loosen the 2-hole and 3-hole compression screws, remove the

2-hole and 3-hole compression plates, and clean the remaining clips inside.


The buckle is not tight.

| The buckle is slightly loose on the casing.| After pressing the handle to the bottom, apply slight pressure and fully press it to the bottom.


Pressing is laborious.

| Pressing issues starts prior to 6 months of use.| Clean the debris in the mold groove and add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil.
Pressing issues starts after 1 year of use.| Swap the upper and lower positions of the lower mold, or replace the lower mold.
The handle cannot be pressed.| Loose or damaged screws.| Remove the casing next to the slide, check if the screws inside the machine are loose or damaged.

Lock the screws in place or replace the damaged screws.
