Product Usage Instructions
Earphones Usage

Connect the smaller port of USB-C cable to the Type-C charging port of the charging box.

Connect the port at the other end to a USB wall charger (DC5V) or a powered-on computer.Charge the charging box:
Note: It takes about 2 hours for the charging box to be fully charged. A fully charged charging box can charge the earphones for about four times. -
If it is not comfortable to wear ear tips, please take them off, replace them with the ones in larger or smaller size and try for the best fit.

Follow the figure to ensure that you wear the ear tips correctly.Proper use of the earphones:
Note: When replacing ear tip, make sure that the ear tips are installed in place. -
Power On/Off:
- Power On: When the battery capacity of the charging box is greater than 5%, the earphones will be turned on automatically once the charging box is open.
- Power Off: The earphones will be turned off automatically once they are placed into the charging box which is then closed.

Noise Control:
- When wearing the earphones on both sides, tap and hold the touch area of earphones to switch in a cycle of Off/Transparency/Noise Reduction.
- A quick cycle switch between Noise Reduction/Transparency can be set in Welife App.
- When wearing only one earphone, the noise reduction function will be kept off.

Earphones Usage
Charge the charging box
- Connect the smaller port of USB-C cable to the Type-C charging port of the charging box.
- Connect the port at the other end to a USB wall charger (DC5V) or a powered-on computer.
Note: It takes about 2 hours for the charging box to be fully charged. A fully charged charging box can charge the earphones for about four times.
Proper use of the earphones
If it is not comfortable to wear ear tips, please take them off,replace them with the ones in larger or smaller size and try for the best fit; Follow the figure to ensure that you wear the ear tips correctly.
Note: When replacing ear tip, make sure that the ear tips are installed in place.
Power On/Off
Power On
When the battery capacity of the charging box is greater than 5%, the
earphones will be turned on automatically once the charging box is open.
Power Off
The earphones will be turned off automatically once they are placed into
the charging box which is then closed.
Connection to Intelligent Device
- For the first use, open the charging box, and the earphones will enter the pairing mode for 3 minutes. For some TECNO models, the pop-up window for pairing will pop up automatically on the mobile phone.
- Please find and connect to “TECNO Ture 1” on the Bluetooth page of the smart device for pairing.
- If it is not used for the first time, to connect to a new device, put the earphones in the charging box with the box open, press the button on the charging box to enter the pairing mode.
Note:
- If pairing to the Bluetooth device fails, please put the earphones back into the charging box, close the box, and ensure that the earphones have been turned off (The earphones will be turn off within 5 seconds after the charging box is closed). Then pair the earphones with your Bluetooth device again.
- Each time the earphones are turned on, if they are within the Bluetooth connection range, they will automatically connect to the last device you connected successfully.
- When the earphones are turned on but not connected to the Bluetooth device, they will automatically turn off after 3 minutes.
Noise Control
- When wearing the earphones on both sides, tap and hold the touch area of earphones to switch in a cycle of “Off/Transparency/Noise Reduction”.
- A quick cycle switch between “Noise Reduction/Transparency” can be set in Welife App.
- When wearing only one earphone, the noise reduction function will be kept off.
Charging Box Button
When both earphones are in the charging box, keep the box open and press the
charging box button, and the earphones will enter the pairing mode and can be
connected to a new device.
Press and hold the button for 4 seconds to clear the pairing record of the
earphones before entering the pairing mode.
When only one earphone is in the charging box, the above operation on the
button is invalid.
Note:
Clear pairing list: The white light flashes quickly for 3-5 seconds.
Pairing mode: When the earphones are in the charging box, the white light
flashes slowly. It will be on for 1 second and off for 1 second, lasting for 3
minutes.
Call Mode
Double tap to answer the call (when there is an incoming call) and double tap to end the call (during the call)
Volume+/Volume-
Tap the left earphone to turn down the volume, and tap the right earphone to turn up the volume.
Music Mode
Double tap to play/pause music, and triple tap for Previous (left)/Next (right)
Activate Voice Assistant
Quadruple tap L/R earphones to activate the voice assistant
Switch Among Noise Reduction Modes
Tap and hold L/R earphones for 2 seconds to enter the switching mode
Software Function Description
Scan the code to download the Welife App and use more functions.
EQ mode, noise reduction mode, touch key function, in-ear detection
customization, and earphone firmware upgrade, etc. are supported. (Only
available on Android phones)

Multiple EQ modes: Bass enhancement, treble enhancement, voice enhancement, default. Select the mode that best fits you.
Earphone Touch Key Customization
With free customization of functions triggered by earphone touch keys, keep
one step ahead of others in answering calls and controlling music. When
wearing the earphones on both sides, tap and hold the touch area of earphones
to switch in a cycle of “Off/Transparency/Noise Reduction”. A quick cycle
switch between “Noise Reduction/Transparen-cy” can be set in Welife App, as
shown in the right figure.
Create your own music EQ according to your audition.
