USER MANUAL

The Apple® Find My® network provides an easy, secure way to locate compatible personal items using the Find My app on your iPhone®, iPad®, Mac®, or the Find Items app on Apple Watch®.
To use the Apple Find My app to locate this item, the latest version of iOS®, iPadOS®, or macOS® is recommend-ed. The Find Items app on Apple Watch requires the latest version of watchOS®.

Quick Instructions

1. Check For Updates
To use the Apple Find My app to locate your Card Finder, the latest version of iOS, iPad OS, or macOS is recommended.

2. Power On
Press and release the power button on the card to turn it on – it should beep indicating it is powered on.

3. Connect your Card Finder

  • Open the Apple Find My App.
  • Tap “+” and then “Add Other Item”.
  • Make sure your Card Finder is close to your phone. Wait until you see the device name then tap “Connect”.
  • Choose a recognizable name and emoji for your Card Finder and tap“Continue”.
  • Find My will ask for confirmation to add the Card Finder for your Apple ID – tap “Continue”.
  • Tap “Finish” and the Card Finder will be set up and ready to be connected to whatever items you wish to locate, e.g., your wallet, luggage, etc.

Main Functions

1. Locate Your Item

  • Find the device when it is Nearby. Tap “Play Sound” to make your Card Finder beep when it is nearby.
  • Find your Card Finder’s last known location.
    Your Card Finder’s last known location will appear on the map as emoji you choose during set up, tap “Directions” to navigate to the last known location.

2. Find Item When Out of Range

  • Enable the “Notify When Left Behind” toggle, you will receive a notification when you left your Card Finder behind and it is no longer in range of your device.
  • Enable the “Notify when Found” toggle, when your Card Finder is seen by another Find My enabled device, you will receive a notification of its updated location. Note: “Notify When Found” can only be activated when your Card Finder is out of range.

3. When Your Item is Lost

  • When Your Item Lost Under “Lost Mode”, tap the “Enable” tab, a detailed page showing the Lost Mode will pop up, tab “Continue”. You can enter your phone number or email address and tap “Next”. You may enter a message that will be shared with the person that finds your item. Tap “Activate” to enable “Lost Mode”.

Note: When “Lost Mode” is enabled, “Notify When Found” is automatically enabled.

Note: When “Lost Mode” is enabled, your Card Finder is locked and cannot be paired to a new device.

4. Remove your Card Finder

Ensure “Lost Mode” is disabled, tap “Remove Item” tab, a summary will open, tap “Remove” to confirm.

How to Charge the Finder?

1. Connect your wireless charger to power. Use the power adapter that came with your accessory or a power adapter recommended by the manufacturer.
2. Place the Card Finder on your charger. For best performance, place the wireless charging area in the center of the charger or in the location recommended by manufacturer.
3. The LED indicator in the card will be ON in red, indicating it is charging.
4. After being fully charged, the LED indicator will turn to blue and remains ON.

Unwanted Tracking Detection

If your iPhone detects that an unknown Card Finder is traveling with you, it will send you a notification. A sound will start playing so you will be able to find it. These alerts are only activated when an Card Finder is not connected to its owner’s phone, so your partner’s Card Finder will not trigger a sound if they are with you.

Button Function

1. Power ON

Press the power button once to turn it on, it should beep indicating it is powered on. If the product is not paired, it will be closed automatically within 10 minutes.

You need to trigger the findmy function again to continue pairing.

2. Power OFF
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds, then release it. You will hear two beeps indicating it is powered off.

3. Reset
Press the power button for 4 times rapidly and then hold it for the 5th time until you hear a beep sound.
A reset operation is required to enable the device to enter the pairing state again (synchronization of Findmy also requires simultaneous unbinding) and rebind the new Apple ID account.

4. Enable learn more information query
Press the power button for 2 times rapidly and you will hear a confirmation sound,This operation will be displayed on the Find My app to guide the person who gets the device to obtain the device information, such as the owner’s contact information (if the item is set to the lost mode on the app), and the serial number of the device.

Important tips:

When pairing a device with Find My app, the phone will link to the Apple server. Pairing may fail because of network problems. The following action is recommended:

1. Change the phone’s network, such as switching between WiFi and mobile. The first pairing may takes a long time, please wait patiently.
2. Reset your item.
3. Repair with Findmy APP.

  • When “Lost Mode” is enable, DO NOT REMOVE ITEM in the APP. Your Card Finder will be locked and cannot be paired to a new device.
  • The battery usage time varies depending on personal usage habits. Frequent use of the call function can accelerate battery consumption.
