  • Do not use the appliance when there is no water in the water tank.
    Maintain a sufficient water level.

CAUTION: In the event of overheating, the built-in safety thermostat automatically turns off the device (and the light).
– Unplug the device.
– Wait 10-20 seconds and reconnect the device, it will be ready to work and use.

Device installation

  1. First, unpack the device.
  2. Insert the rubber feet under the housing of the device.
  3. Install the heating element, make sure the safety switch is on.
  4. Install the grill above the heating element.

Assembly and use

Do not use the appliance when there is no water in the water tank.
Maintain a sufficient water level.

CAUTION: Never use the barbecue without having put water in the tank
CAUTION: Never use flammable materials such as charcoal or wood.
CAUTION: Never cover the device during use.

– Pour a little water into the tank. The water level must be between MIN and MAX.
– The water evaporates during cooking, fill the tray during cooking if necessary.

WARNINGS
Do not place your device directly on a fragile support (glass table, tablecloth, varnished furniture, etc.).
Do not use it on a flexible support, such as “Bulgomme” tablecloth.Do not place it in a corner or against a wall to prevent the appliance from overheating.

  • Place the device on a flat, stable surface.
  • Unwind the power cord completely.
  • Check that the voltage of your electrical installation corresponds to that indicated on the device.
  • Make sure the thermostat is at its minimum position.
  • Plug the plug into a grounded outlet.
  • Select the desired cooking temperature by turning the thermostat knob. The indicator light comes on, indicating thatthe appliance is heating up.

WARNING: Risk of burns

How to use
  • Turn on the appliance and set it to the desired temperature with the thermostat knob. User can adjust it by turning “MIN / MAX”clockwise.

  • The appliance will automatically heat up to the set temperature and stop automatically when it has reached this temperature. During the heating process, the control indicator lights up. When the set temperature is reached, the controlindicator goes out.
    When the temperature of the appliance becomes lower than theset temperature, the thermostat heats up automatically, and the control indicator lights up, thus ensuring heating at a constant temperature.

  • The level of energy consumption depends on the user’s choice. Itis suggested to adjust it to the maximum in case of long cooking.Please set the thermostat to “MIN” position to finish or stop cooking, then the device will be powered off.

  • Place the food on the grill surface.
    The cooking time varies depending on the type of food and ofyour personal taste.

  • Please unplug the appliance from the outlet after stopping cooking.

How to place the grid at the correct height?

  • Fix the grid in position 1, 2 or 3 according to your needs; manually move the grid in the different holes of the base.

Cooking

  • The device can be used for cooking sausages, fish etc. It is forbidden to cook food with flammable materials such as charcoal and wood. Place the food directly on the grill. Donot cover the grill with plastic or metal foil.

Practical advice
Frozen foods should always be thawed before placing on the grill.To roast the meat, place the thermostat to its maximum position and preheat the grill. For the other ingredients, choose the desired temperature.

Cleaning and maintenance

CLEANING

WARNINGS: Unplug the appliance before proceeding cleaning.

  • Before cleaning, make sure the thermostat is on. the position “Stop” and that the plug has been removed from the appliance.
  • Make sure the device has cooled completely.
  • Then remove the casing, the outer heat-retaining cover and the grill, washing the appliance by hand (do not clean it). in the dishwasher). Do not clean the device with an abrasive cleaner to avoid scratches.
  • Wipe the exterior surfaces of the device with a dampcloth and then dry.

WARNINGS:
– Do not immerse the plug, the power cord, the heating elements and the thermostatic box in any liquid.
– The device must be completely dry before it is used again.

STORAGE
– Make sure that the device has completely cooled.
– Do not wrap the cord around the appliance, as this may damage it.
– Keep the device in a cool, dry place.
