SUSSEX BTRD700 Suba Towel Rail Double

Product Usage Instructions
- Ensure the work area is clean and free of obstacles before installation.
- Carefully unpack the product and identify all the parts. Assemble the parts on a non-scratch surface.
- Using the supplied 2mm Allen Key, loosen the Stainless Steel Set Screws within the Extensions and remove the Brass Wall Fixings.
- Combine the Rails with both Extensions and measure to confirm the exact center distance between the Extensions.
- Choose the desired location for mounting and mark-out the measured centers. Add 1 or 2 mm to ensure a final fit of the Double Towel Rail.
- Centralize the Brass Wall Fixings onto the marked-out positions and transfer drilling holes.
- Drill 6.5mm holes, fit Tox Plugs, and secure the Brass Wall fixings using the Fastening Screws.
- Fit the Double Towel Rail over the Brass Wall Fixings as a combined assembly (Rails with Extensions).
- Ensure the Extensions are aligned square and tighten the Stainless Steel Set Screws.
- To complete the installation, tension the Rail retaining screws to fix the Rails.
Note: The Brass Wall Fixings must be mounted with the Holes in the Horizontal direction. (see Fig.2) Tapware is to be installed by a Licensed Plumber in accordance with AS/NZS 3500:2003. Recommended working water pressure: 300-500 kpa. Maximum water temperature: 65 deg.c
