SUSSEX BTRS700 Towel Rail Single

• Product Name: Suba Towel Rail Single
• Product Code: BTRS700 (700mm) / BTRS900 (900mm)
• Description: The Suba Towel Rail Single is a stainless steel towel rail designed for single towel hanging. It comes with left and right extensions, brass wall fixings, fastening screws, and stainless steel set screws.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Before installing, ensure the work area is clean and free of any obstacles
2. Carefully unpack the product and identify the parts. Assemble the parts on a non-scratch surface.
3. Using the supplied 2mm Allen Key, loosen the stainless steel set screws within the extensions and remove the brass wall fixings.
4. Combine the rail with both extensions and measure to confirm the exact center distance between the extensions.
5. Choose the desired location for mounting and mark out the measured centers. Add 1 or 2 mm to ensure the final fit of the single towel rail.
6. Centralize the brass wall fixings onto the marked-out positions and transfer drilling holes.
7. Drill 6.5mm holes, fit tox plugs, and secure the brass wall fixings using the fastening screws.
8. Fit the single towel rail over the brass wall fixings as a combined assembly (rail with extensions).
9. Ensure the extensions are aligned square and tighten the stainless steel set screws.
10. To complete the installation, tension the rail retaining screws to fix the rail securely.

Please note that the brass wall fixings must be mounted with the holes in the horizontal direction (see Fig.2 in the manual).

Note: Tapware installation should be done by a licensed plumber in accordance with AS/NZS 3500:2003. The recommended working water pressure is 300-500 kpa, and the maximum water temperature is 65 deg.c.

• Using the supplied 2mm Allen Key, loosen the Stainless Steel Set Screws within the Extensions and remove the Brass Wall Fixings.
• Combine the Rails with both Extensions and measure to confirm the exact centre distance between the Extensions.
• Choose the desired location for mounting and mark-out measured centres. Add 1 or 2 mm to ensure final fit of the Double Towel Rail.
• Centralize the Brass Wall Fixings onto the marked-out positions and transfer drilling holes.

Note

• The Brass Wall Fixings must be mounted with the Holes in the Horizontal direction. (see Fig.2)
• Drill 6.5mm holes, fit Tox Plugs and secure the Brass Wall fixings using the Fastening Screws.
• Fit the Double Towel Rail over the Brass Wall Fixings as a combined assembly. (Rails with Extensions)
• Ensure the Extensions are aligned square and tighten the Stainless Steel Set Screws.
• To complete the installation tension the Rail retaining screws to fix the Rails.

Tapware is to be installed by a Licensed Plumber in accordance with AS/NZS 3500:2003 Recommended working water pressure 300-500 kpa. Maximum water temperature is 65 deg.c Copyright © Sussex Taps.
