Please read all Information below before Installation
Warning: Disconnect negative battery cable from battery; refer to owner’s
manual. Failure to do so may result in electrical shock, injury, or fire.
Secure negative battery cable away from positive side of battery and all other
positive voltage sources on vehicle.
Safety First: Always wear appropriate safety gear including safety
glasses when performing any electrical work. It is highly recommended that
safety glasses be worn throughout this installation process. Be sure vehicle
is on level surface, secure and cool.
Installation

Assemble the SXS Turn Signal Switch mounting brackets and hardware as shown in Photos 1 and 2. Refer to Photo #1 for Kawasaki models. Refer to Photo #2 for Polaris, CanAm, and Honda models. Do not tighten the mounting bracket hardware to the SXS Turn Signal Switch housing at this time.

Remove the top tilt steering shock bolt that mounts the tilt steering shock to the steering pivot tube.

Using the OEM top tilt steering shock bolt mount the SXS Turn Signal Switch along with the tilt steering shock to the steering pivot tube. Refer to Photo #3 for Kawasaki models. Refer to Photo #4 for Polaris, CanAm, and Honda models.

Determine the hanging mounting position of the SXS Turn Signal Switch and tighten the Steering Shock Bolt to the OEM torque spec.

Tighten the SXS Turn Signal mounting bolt. Be careful not to overtighten the mounting bolt and break the switch housing.

Connect the Orange wire with the Posi-Tap connector of the SXS Turn Signal Switch harness to a switched fused +12vdc power source .

Connect the Black wire with the eyelet terminal of the SXS Turn Signal Switch to chassis ground.

If installing with a CD-ATC-6 module (Sold Separately), connect the 4 pin connector of the CD-ATC-6 turn signal input harness to the 4 pin connector of the SXS Turn Signal Switch Harness.

If not installing with a CD-ATC-6 module, Remove the 4 pin connector from the SXS Turn Signal Switch Harness and hardwire to the left and right turn signal circuits. Connect the Purple wire of the adapter harness to the Left turn signal circuit. Connect the Brown wire of the adapter harness to the Right turn signal circuit.

Secure wires to prevent the wires from becoming cut, frayed, or pinched.

Test operation of all lighting before operating the vehicle.
BLACK: Ground
ORANGE: Fused +12VDC Input
PURPLE: Left Turn +12VDC Output
BROWN: Right Turn +12VDC Output
