Gingko Detachable Desk Fan
Thank you for your purchase of the Gingko Beyond Portable Detachable Desk Fan/ Light. Please read the instruction manual carefully to achieve the best performance of this product.

Product Assembly
In order to use the fan as a desk fan/light, you will have assemble the fan to the base by following the below instruction:
- Located the mounting socket on the bottom of your fan and carefully fasten the mounting screw on the stand to the mounting socket on the fan. Turn clockwise to fasten the fan or anticlockwise to loosen it.
- You can also turn the rubber mount piece on the base to further tighten the fan to stand.
- To use it as a hanging fan/light, loosed the fan to the base by turning anticlockwise.
- Please ensure you have a secure surface before hanging the fan and letting go to avoid any damage.
Product Operation By Using Remote Control
Please note the remote control can only be used when the fan is turned on
- Standby: Press to set the fan on standby mode, if you don’t use the fan for a long period of time then you will have to press the power button on the fan and switch the fan on in order to use the remote control.
- , Wind speed setting: Press to increase the Wind Speed or press to lower wind speed. There are 4 wind speed in total:
- Low Wind
- Medium Wind
- Strong Wind
- Natural Wind (Rotates between Low Wind and Strong Wind)
- Light Switch: Press to turn light ON and OFF.
Note: The remote control is also magnetic so it will attach to centre panel of the fan.
Product operation by using the button on the fan
- Press the button once on the back of the fan to turn it ON, the wind speed will be on low speed as default.
- Press once again to change to wind speed to Medium.
- Press once again to change to wind speed to High.
- Press once again to change to wind speed to Natural Wind Speed (Rotating between low and high wind speed).
- Press once again to turn the fan on.
- LONG Press to turn the light ON or OFF.
Product Charging Instructions
The product usually arrives 70% charge, however, please fully charge before sing for the first time by following the below instruction:
- Take the USB charging cable out from box underneath product.
- Connect the USB charging cable to any USB plug adapter with a 5V output i.e. a smartphone charger or a USB port on the computer.
- Carefully connect it to the charging port on the product.
Charging Light: Blinking Red when Charging, Solid Red when Fully Charged.
Product Cleaning Instruction
- You may use a dry cloth to clean the exterior and the fan blade.
- You can open the fan casing by removing the 2 screws on the back of the fan and then turn anti-clockwise to open the case. However do NOT have direct contact with water as this product is not water proof.
Warranty & Product Care
Warranty
This product is covered under one year manufacturer warranty starting from the date of purchase. Within the warranty period, any repair service or components replacement will be provided for free. Warranty does not apply to the following circumstances:
- Product failure due to improper use, misuse, drops, abuse, alteration, faulty installation, power line surge or modification.
- Product failure due to acts of nature such as natural disaster, fire, flood, or casualty.
- Any damage caused to the charging port by user error is not covered by the manufacturer warranty.
Product Care
- Heavy drop or misuse of this product could cause damage to the exterior and the product.
- You may use a damp cloth to clean the exterior and the fan blades however do not have direct contact with water as this product is not water proof.
- Close supervision is necessary when this fan is used near children, the elderly and pets.
- Do not touch the fan with hand or hard object before the fan stops moving.
- Please keep the product out of direct sunlight, water mist, humidity or dirt.
- Only use 5V USB charging adaptors (Not included) to charge this product.
