500 / 700 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Note: Make sure all hardware needed to complete this mount is in the package. Thoroughly read through and understand the instructions before installing.

1. Locate holes (A) in the frame and mark their location on the skid plate by making a mark in the center of the hole from the top side of the frame. Shown in Figures 1 and 2.

2. Remove the the front of the skid plate until the marks are visible, then drill (4x) 1/2” holes through the plastic skid plate.

3. Reinstall the skid plate, then align plow mount (Item 1) to the drilled holes.
   Note: The drilled holes should now align with holes in the frame (A).

4. Insert the (4x) bolts (Item 2.1) up through the plow mount, then through holes (A). Install the (4x) flange nuts (Item 2.2) on the top side of the frame. See Exploded View and Figures 2 and 3.

5. Tighten all hardware evenly.

600 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Note: Make sure all hardware needed to complete this mount is in the package. Thoroughly read through and understand the instructions before installing.

1. Measure 2 5/8” inches back from oval cut out in the bottom of the skid plate and make a mark.
   Hold plow mount (Item 1) up to the bottom of the machine. Align front of plow mount to the 2 5/8” line while also centering it from side to side. Using the plow mount as a template, mark holes (B) onto the skid plate. Shown in Figure

3. Using a 1/2” drill bit, drill the (4x) marked holes (B).
   Note: When drilling, be careful for the brake line located behind the skid plate. See Figures 5 and 6.

4. Install the (4x) U Bolts (Item 3.1) around the frame and down through the holes that were just drilled. See Figure 6.

5. Install plow mount by aligning the holes on mount to the U bolts coming through the skid plate. Install (8x) flange nuts (Item 3.2) onto the U Bolts.

6. Tighten all hardware evenly.
