Battery Safety
This productis suppled with 3x 15V AM batterie. Only batteries of the same or
equivalent type as those recommended should be used with this product.
Batteries are to be nserted with the correct polarity.
Exhausted batteries should b removed from the product to avid eakage.
Care and Maintenance
Wipe the exterior o the scal with asoft, damp cloth and allow it to ry
thoroughly.
This kitchen scale is waterproof to IPXT” and can be washed by hand.
The scal s not dishwasher safe.
Do not use harsh o abrasiv cleaning detergents o scourers to clean the scal,
as this could cause damage.
“Products with an IPY7 rating are waterpraof for up to a depth of 1 metre for
a duration of no longer than 30 minutes.
Before First Use
Loosen the battery safety sorews and open the battery compartment on the underside of the scale. Remove the plastic isolator tab from the battery compartment (if present) prior to use. Check that the battery is inserted following the correct polarty. Close the battery ‘compartment and tighten the battery compartment screws. Position the scale on a firm flat surface.
Switching On the Electronic Kitchen Scale
To switch on the scale, press TARE. Wait until display shows ‘0″
Converting Weight Units
Press UNIT’ to change between g, oz, ml and fl. oz The ml and fl. 0z measures
are suitable for all water-based liguids, eg. wine, stock and milk.
Using the Add and Weigh Feature
Toweigh several diferent ngredients i one bow, press ‘TARE to reset the
display between each inredient.
Switching Off the Electronic Kitchen Scale
To switch off the scale manually, press ‘TARE’ for 2-3 seconds.
Auto switch off will accur if display shows ‘0 for T minute or the same weight
reading for 3 minutes.

O-Ld : Max weight capacity exceeded. Remove some weight rom the scle.
— : Negative load. Press TARE o return to’0’
