INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Each step must be mirrored on both sides of the machine.

Remove the phillips head screw (A) from the rear corner of the bed as shown in Figure 1. Drill through the hole with a 9/32” drill bit.

Locate the frame rail under the bed of the machine as shown in Figure 2. Locate Holes (B & C) and use a 21/64” drill bit to drill these holes through the frame, and through the plastic bed.

Once the holes (B & C) are drilled, place 2 washer plates (6) between the bed and the frame on each side of the machine and one washer plate (6) in the bed on top of the holes as shown in Figures 3 & 4.

Place 2 carriage bolts (8.2) through the top washer plate (6), through the holes that you drilled and secure the passenger side bumper bracket (4) with nuts (8.5) as shown in Figures 3 & 4.

Place washer (8.4) on bolt (8.3) and insert through the bed as shown in Figure 3. Use nut (8.6) to secure the bumper bracket (4) to the bed as shown in Figure 4.

To assemble the bumper, locate the Formed Bumper (1) and Conversion Brackets (2 & 3). Install the Conversion Brackets onto the inside of the Formed Bumper with 3 black carriage bolts (8.1) and lock nuts (7.3) per side as shown at the top of Figure 5.

Set the Bumper Assembly onto the Bumper Brackets (4 & 5) and secure using bolts (7.1 & 7.2) and nuts (8.5) as shown in the bottom of Figure 5.

Level bumper and tighen all hardware evenly.
