Security Guide

1. Do not put this product near obiects with strong magnetic fields, such as magnets or motors, etc. Also avoid this product near objects that can emit strong radio waves to avoid strong, magnetic fields and radio waves that may cause product falure.
2.  Please choose the formal brand Micro SD card
3. Do not put the Micro SD card near objects with strong magnefic filds to avoid data loss

Button Function Description

1. Power button/OK button Long press this button to turn on/off the camera, short press to start/stop recording in video mode, short press to take photos in photo mode, short press to confirm the selection in the setting interface.
2. Mode button/WiFi button/Up button Long press this button to switch mode, short press to turn on/off Wi Fi short press to flip up in playback and setting interface. in video/photo interface,
3. Down button/Switch button Long press this button to switch the front and back screen display in the video/photo interface, and short press to scroll down in the playback and setting interface.

Scan the QR code on your phone or go to App Store or Google Player and search for “SJCAM ZONE” to download and install the app.

WiFi connection

1. After turning on the camera, press the WiFi button to turn on the camera WIFi, the screen will show the WiFi name and password.
   WiFi name: $J4000_XXXXXX
   Wi initial password: 12345678

2.  Turn on the phone WIFi function and connect the camera WiFi.
   Start the App, click “Connect Camera’, the preview screen will appear and the connection is successful

3. After successful connection, you can do photo, video and setting operations in the App page.

Operation Guide

1. Micro SD card
   Please choose a formal brand Micro SD card, format it on the computer first, and then insert itinto the device in the direction of the icon marked next to the card slot.

2. Video
   Long press the power button to turn on the camera, the con will appear at the upper left cormer of the screen, indicating that the camera i in video mode (as shown in the figure below). Short press the power button, and the blue ight at the lower left will start flashing, ndicating that the recording s started. During the recording process, short press the power button again to stop the recordin.

3. Photo
   Long press the power button to switch the mode after power on. When the [ ]icon is displayed in the upper left corner of the screen, it indicates that the camera has been set to the photo mode (Figure 2 below). Short press the power button to complte the photo taking

4. Playback
   Long press the power button to tur on the camera, long press the mode button to switch to the playback interface (eft in the figure below), and then press the up/down button (right arrow in the figure below) to tur the page and browse the captured video/photos.

5. Front and Main screen switching
   Long press the switch button on the video or photo interface to switch to the front screen display, and long press the switch button again to switch back to the main screen display.

6. Car mode
   After power on, press the mode button to switch to the setting interface (ift in the figure below), short press the power button to enter, then press the mode button to switch to the general menu setting interface (right in the figure below), press the down button to find the Car mode and short press the power button to confirm it, then press the mode button to switch tothe icon and short press the power button to exit.

Note:

1.  If you need to install the camera upside down when using the car mode, you need to turn on the image rotation in the general menu settings.
2.  After connecting the car power adapter, the camera can automatically start recording when starting the car. After disconnecting the power, the camera will automatically stop. recording for about 10 seconds.

A. Video Settings
Press the mode button to switch to the setting interface (ieft in the figure below), short press the power button to enter the video menu settings (right in the figure below), then press the.
up/down button to select the menu you need to set and press the power button to confirm.

C. Photo Settings
Press the mode button to switch to the settings interface (left in the figure below), short press the power button to enter the video menu settings, then long press the mode button to switch to the photo menu settings right in the figure below), then press the up/down button to select the menu you need to set and short press the power button to confirm.

E. General menu settings.
Press the mode button to switch to the setting interface (left in the figure below), short press the power button to enter the video menu setting, then long press the mode button to switch to the general menu setting (right in the figure below), then press the up/down button to select the menu you need to set and short press the power button to confirm,
