The Video Recording Window
- For Video Recordings:
- a. The title of the Video Window should be ‘Trackit Video Recording’.
- b. When not recording, the title will be ‘Trackit Preview (Not Recording)’
- Date/Time should match the date/time displayed in the Trackit Plus software in the lower-right corner of the program’s window. Any difference should be less than 2-3 seconds.
- The Video Window should be the size in this example and should be recording without freezes, stutters, or other visual defects.
- Video Title/ Frame Data
- a. Video feed should be labeled with the correct patient’s ID.
- b. The frame count should be counted upward. Dropped frames are expected but should not exceed 10% of the current total frame count.
The Trackit Plus Footer

Patient ID/Connection Status
- a. The correct Patient ID should be displayed and should match the video label in item 4.
- b. The bottom field should be displaying ‘Online’ and the amplifier’s model. The amplifier would need to be within Bluetooth range and connected to the laptop’s Bluetooth receiver – or this status will not display.

Recording Status
- a. For Dual Recordings – both Trackit and PC should be listed as ‘Record ON’. Ambulatory recordings will only display ‘Trackit’, and PC recordings will only display ‘PC’.
- b. PC Rec – should display the total time that the current PC study has been recording (Only for Dual/PC recordings)
- c. Date/Time: Should match system time.

Ensure that the laptop is plugged in, and that the battery is charging properly.
The Amplifier Control Panel -
Open the Amplifier Control Panel
- In the Trackit A Tab, Verify – Record: On / Flash Card: Yes / Battery: Yes
- In the Trackit B Tab, note the values for your logs as needed. The Recording Time should match the number of hours/minutes that the study has been in progress. The battery percentage should be monitored until completion of the study.
The Patient Folder
- Patient Folder – Navigate to the current Patient’s Folder
- a. For a PC or Dual Recording – The following file types: .bdf/ .tev/ .tvx/ should be present and named according to the Patient ID. The BDF’s file size should increase throughout study – refresh or re-open the folder to confirm.
- b. Completed video segments should be of similar file size, with one. TVS file per Video File. The most recent video segment should increase in file size.
