The MILK FROTHER (Model: MBC-Y300W) is a versatile kitchen appliance designed to heat and froth milk for various beverages. It comes with LED indicators, an ON/OFF and Function button, a mixing head (whisk), a pot lid, a frothing bowl, and a non-stick stainless-steel bowl’s base.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Pour a moderate amount of milk into the frothing bowl. The amount should not exceed the highest mark according to the chosen mode. Cover the lid.
2. Press the ON/OFF and Function button multiple times to select the desired function: Warm Foam, Micro Foam, Heat Milk, or Cold Foam. The function indication will flash for 2 seconds, and then the machine will start working. A beep will sound when the product finishes working.
3. In the working state, long press the ON/OFF and Function button for 2 seconds to cancel the corresponding function or pause the device operation.

Tips for Making Perfect Milk Froth

1. Use whole milk with a fat content of 3% for the best frothing results. Low-fat or skimmed milk may not froth well.
2. If the milk froth is too liquid, let it rest for about 30 seconds. The liquid milk will sink down, and the froth will achieve a better consistency.
3. Avoid frothing the milk again if you are not satisfied with the first attempt to prevent burning the milk.
4. Always use fresh milk and avoid using milk that has been sitting in the container for a long period of time.
5. Do not reheat cooled milk. Pour it away and use fresh milk.

Cleaning and Maintenance

1. Always disconnect the milk frother from the power outlet before cleaning.
2. Avoid moisture contact with the milk frother switch area, cord, or power base to prevent electric shock.
3. Do not clean the container under running water. When cleaning, use a damp cloth or sponge.

Before use of this product, basic precaution and instructions should always be followed:

• Read the instructions thoroughly and keep it for future reference.

• This appliance must be earthed.

• Keep the product away from water and other liquids to avoid short circuit.

• Do not touch the metal parts, whisk, and surface of this product when it is powered on to avoid burning.

•  Do not use the device with broken cable or plug. Contact an authorized service center for inspection, repair, or electrical or mechanical adjustment. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, service center or similarly qualified personnel in order to avoid a hazard.

• This appliance is not intended for use by persons
  (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience
  and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by person responsible for their safety.

• Keep away from children.

• This appliance is for indoor use only.

• Do not add milk higher than the max level or lower than the minimum level.

• Do not operate the appliance when there is no milk inside it.

• Don`t leave the running appliance unattended.

• Don’t put your finger or any objects into the gap of the frother.

• Use the included frother pitcher and cap only.

• Don’t attempt to repair the product by yourself.

• Don’t remove the lid when the unit is working to avoid burning.

• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance
  in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years.

• This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:

  •  staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
  • farm houses;
  •  by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
  • bed and breakfast type environments.

WARNING!

• This appliance should not be operated with an external timer or a separate remote-control system.
•  Fill the container only up to the interior MAX marking. If you pour in too much milk, it can boil over and cause burn injuries and property damage.
•  Operate the milk frother only with the lid on and do not remove the lid when the appliance is being used. Otherwise milk can escape and cause burn injuries and property damage.
• At least fill the container up to the MIN marking with milk. Heating without enough milk may cause a fire.

USING THE MILK FROTHER

Before each using the milk frother, clean all the parts according to the section «CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE».

1. Plug the power cable into an appliance and then to power supply.

2. Install the whisk at the bottom of the milk frother.

3. Pour the moderate amount of milk into the bowl.
   The amount of milk poured should not be higher than the highest mark of the milk according to chosen mode. Then cover the lid.

4. Touch the ON/OFF and Function button some times to select the function you want from 4 functions such as: Warm Foam, Micro Foam, Heat Milk and Cold Foam. After the function indication flashes for 2 seconds, the buzzer will sound once, so as to play a prompt role, and then the machine will start working. When the product is finished working, the appliance will sound a beep.

In the working state, long press ON/OFF and Function button for 2 seconds to cancel the corresponding function or pause the device operation.

HOW TO MAKE PERFECT MILK FROTH

1. Using whole milk with a fat content of 3% would be the best choice, low-fat or skimmed milk would not be well frothed.
2.  If the milk froth is too liquid, leave it to rest for about 30 seconds. The liquid milk will sink down, the milk froth would achieve a better consistency.
3. Don’t try to froth the milk again if you are not satisfied with the milk froth in the first time. Otherwise the milk could burn.
4. Always use fresh milk. Do not use any milk that has been sitting in the container for a long period of time.
5. Do not reheat milk that has cooled. Pour away such milk and pour a fresh one.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Always disconnect the milk frother from the power outlet before cleaning.
2.  To avoid risk of electric shock, never allow moisture to come into the milk frother switch area, cord or power base.
3. Never clean the container under running water. When cleaning, please make sure that no water gets inside the device from surface or through the control panel!
4.  To avoid risk of burn always wait until the appliance has cooled down completely before cleaning it.
5. Wash lid with water and mild detergent. The lid is not dishwasher safe component. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
6. Remove the frothing ring and wash it completely in warm water.
7. Wash the inner part of appliance with a combination of a mild detergent and water and then wipe clean with a soft damp cloth.
8. Wipe the appearance of appliance with a soft damp cloth or cleaner.
9. Do not wash the unit in dishwasher.
10. Do not use aggressive chemicals, steel utensils or abrasive cleaners to clean the milk frother.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Contact the authorized service facility for examination, repair or adjustment.

Warranty conditions

• The plant guarantees normal operation of the product within 12 months from the date of the sale, provided that the consumer complies with the rules of operation and care provided by this Manual.
• Service life of the product is 5 years.
• In order to avoid any misunderstanding we kindly ask you to carefully study the Owner’s Manual, the terms of warranty, and check the correctness of filling the Warranty Card. The Warranty Card is valid only if the following information is correctly and clearly stated: model, serial number of the product, date of sale, clear seals of the company-seller, signature of the buyer. The model and serial number of the product must correspond to those specified in the Warranty Card.
• If these terms are violated, and if the information specified in the Warranty Card is changed, erased or rewritten, the Warranty Card is considered invalid.
• Setup and installation (assembly, connection, etc.) of the appliance are described in the attached documentation; they can be carried out both by the user, and by specialists having the necessary qualification sent by USC or selling companies (on a paid basis). In this case, the person (the institution) installing the appliance shall be responsible for the correctness and quality of installation (setup). Please pay attention to the importance of the correct installation of the appliance, both for its reliable operation, and for obtaining warranty and free service. Require the installation specialist to enter all the necessary information about the installation in the Warranty Card.
• In case of failure of the appliance during the warranty period by the fault of the manufacturer, the owner is entitled to free warranty repair upon presentation of the correctly filled Warranty Card together with the appliance in the factory configuration packed in the original packaging to the warranty workshop or the place of its purchase. Satisfaction of the customer’s claim due to the fault of the manufacturer shall be made in accordance with the law «On Protection of Consumers’ Rights». In the case of warranty repair the warranty period shall be extended for the period of repair and shipment.

• We ask you to keep the coupon during the warranty period. When purchasing a product, require a full warranty card.
  1. Warranty service is carried out only if there is a correctly and clearly filled original warranty card, which indicates: product model, date of sale, serial number, warranty service period, and the seller’s seal. *
  2. The service life of household appliances is 5 years.
  3. The product is intended for consumer use. When using the product in commercial activities, the seller / manufacturer does not bear warranty obligations, after-sales service is performed on a paid basis.
  4. Warranty repair is carried out within the period specified in the warranty card for the product in an authorized service center on the conditions and terms determined by applicable law.
  5. The product is withdrawn from the warranty in case of violation by the consumer of the operating rules set forth in the instruction manual.
  6. The product is removed from warranty service in the following cases:
  • misuse and non-consumer use;
  • mechanical damage;
  • damage caused by the ingress of foreign objects, substances, liquids, insects;
  • damage caused by natural disasters (rain, wind, lightning, etc.), fire, domestic factors (excessive humidity, dust, aggressive environment, etc.)
  • damage caused by non-compliance of power and cable network parameters with state standards and other similar factors;
  •  when operating equipment in the power supply network with a missing single ground loop;
  • in case of violation of seals installed on the product;
  • lack of serial number of the device, or inability to identify it.
  7. The warranty does not cover consumables and accessories, as well as filters, shelves, drawers, stands and other containers for storing products.
  8. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of sale.
• Tear-off maintenance tickets are provided by an authorized service center.
