Product Usage Instructions

1. Open the pot lid.
2. Attach the body to the power base.
3. Press the ON/OFF and Function buttons to turn on the frothing function.
4. Adjust the temperature using the temperature adjustment button.
5. Pour milk into the frother.
6. Close the lid.
7. Place the milk frother on the power base.
8. Press the Function button twice to start frothing milk with thin foam.
9. Press the ON/OFF button to finish frothing or heating milk.
10. Remove the appliance from the base and pour the milk foam into coffee or other beverages.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

CAUTION:  The appliance can be used when allowing its safety regulations. Read all instructions before using.

• Make sure your outlet voltage corresponds to the voltage stated on the rating label.
• To protect against electrical shock do not immerse power cord and plug in water or other liquid.
• Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
• Don’t use appliance in high temperature, high magnetic field, damp and corrosive condition. Don’t put appliance at hot surface, fireplace or another heating appliance. Do not place the device on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
• Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Contact the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or adjustment.
• Please use original accessories.
• Do not touch hot surface. Use handle or knob.
• Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
• Base have to be used for this appliance only.
• The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
• Give children a supervision to ensure children are far way the appliance.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given super vision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• Don’t operate without milk inside the frother.
• Ensure that the appliance is used on a firm and flat surface out of reach of children, this will prevent the appliance from overturning and prevent damage or injury.
• Always operate the appliance with closed cover.
• Keep hands and utensils out of container while frothing milk to reduce the risk of severe injury and the damage of the appliance.
• Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of a table or counter or touch a hot surface.
• Avoid contacting moving parts.
• The appliance only used for frothing and heating milk. Do not use the appliance for other than intended use.
• Don’t use extension for the power cord.
• Always cool down the device after use before cleaning or storage.
• Don’t let any liquid get inside the device.
• The milk doesn’t have to be filled over the «MAX» position.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years.
• This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
  • staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments
  • farm houses;
  • by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
  • bed and breakfast type environments.

WARNING

• This appliance should not be operated with an external timer or a separate remote-control system.
• Fill the container only up to the interior MAX marking. If you pour in too much milk, it can boil over and cause burn injuries and property damage.
• Operate the milk frother only with the lid on and do not remove the lid when the appliance is being used. Otherwise milk can escape and cause burn injuries and property damage.
• At least fill the container up to the MIN marking with milk. Heating without enough milk may cause a fire.

INITIAL USE

Before each using the milk frother, clean all the parts according to the section «CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE».

1. Plug the power cable into a power outlet
2. Open the lid
3. Install the frothing/heating ring
4. Put some milk into the frother’s bowl according to MIN and MAX marks
5. Close the lid
6. Place the milk frother on the power base
7. Press the ON/OFF and Function button once to start to frothing milk with thick foam
8. Press the ON/OFF and Function button twice to start to frothing milk with thin foam
9. Press the ON/OFF and Function button 3 times to heat milk
10. Press the TEMP button immediately to adjust the temperature (between 45/60/70/80 °C settings) when operate the heating mode
11. Press the ON/OFF and Function button 4 times to start to frothing cool milk
12. The appliance will stop process automatically after finish frothing or heating milk
13. You can pull out the appliance from the base after running
14. Put milk foam or heated milk into coffee

HOW TO MAKE PERFECT MILK FROTH

1. Using whole milk with a fat content of 3% would be the best choice, low-fat or skimmed milk would not be well frothed.
2. If the milk froth is too liquid, leave it to rest for about 30 seconds. The liquid milk will sink down, the milk froth would achieve a better consistency.
3. Don’t try to froth the milk again if you are not satisfied with the milk froth in the first time. Otherwise the milk could burn.
4. Always use fresh milk. Do not use any milk that has been sitting in the container for a long period of time.
5. Do not reheat milk that has cooled. Pour away such milk and pour a fresh one.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Always disconnect the milk frother from the power outlet before cleaning.
2. Never immerse the power base in water or allow moisture to contact with the power base.
3. To avoid risk of burn always wait until the appliance has cooled down completely before cleaning it.
4. Never clean the container under running water. When cleaning, please make sure that no water gets inside the device from surface or through the control panel!
5. Wash lid with water and mild detergent. The lid is not a dishwasher-safe component. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
6. Remove the frothing ring and wash it completely in warm water.
7. Wash the inner part of the appliance with a combination of a mild detergent and water and then wipe clean with a soft damp cloth.
8. Wipe the appearance of the appliance with a soft damp cloth or cleaner.
9. Don’t wash by dishwasher.

CAUTION:  Do not use aggressive chemicals, steel utensils or abrasive cleaners to clean the outside of the appliance to prevent damage.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Contact the authorized service facility for examination, repair or adjustment.

Warranty conditions

The plant guarantees normal operation of the product within 12 months from the date of the sale, provided that the consumer complies with the rules of operation and care provided by this Manual.

Service life of the product is 5 years. In order to avoid any misunderstanding we kindly ask you to carefully study the Owner’s Manual, the terms of warranty, and check the correctness of filling the Warranty Card. The Warranty Card is valid only if the following information is correctly and clearly stated: model, serial number of the product, date of sale, clear seals of the companyseller, signature of the buyer. The model and serial number of the product must correspond to those specified in the Warranty Card. If these terms are violated, and if the information specified in the Warranty Card is changed, erased or rewritten, the Warranty Card is considered invalid.

Setup and installation (assembly, connection, etc.) of the appliance are described in the attached documentation; they can be carried out both by the user, and by specialists having the necessary qualification sent by USC or selling companies (on a paid basis). In this case, the person (the institution) installing the appliance shall be responsible for the correctness and quality of installation (setup). Please pay attention to the importance of the correct installation of the appliance, both for its reliable operation, and for obtaining warranty and free service. Require the installation specialist to enter all the necessary information about the installation in the Warranty Card.

In case of failure of the appliance during the warranty period by the fault of the manufacturer, the owner is entitled to free warranty repair upon presentation of the correctly filled Warranty Card together with the appliance in the factory configuration packed in the original packaging to the warranty workshop or the place of its purchase. Satisfaction of the customer’s claim due to the fault of the manufacturer shall be made in accordance with the law «On Protection of Consumers’ Rights». In the case of warranty repair the warranty period shall be extended for the period of repair and shipment.

We ask you to keep the coupon during the warranty period. When purchasing a product, require a full warranty card.

1. Warranty service is carried out only if there is a correctly and clearly filled original warranty card, which indicates: product model, date of sale, serial number, warranty service period, and the seller’s seal. *
2. The service life of household appliances is 5 years.
3. The product is intended for consumer use. When using the product in commercial activities, the seller / manufacturer does not bear warranty obligations, after-sales service is performed on a paid basis.
4. Warranty repair is carried out within the period specified in the warranty card for the product in an authorized service center on the conditions and terms determined by applicable law.
5. The product is withdrawn from the warranty in case of violation by the consumer of the operating rules set forth in the instruction manual.
6. The product is removed from warranty service in the following cases:
   • misuse and non-consumer use;
   • mechanical damage;
   • damage caused by the ingress of foreign objects, substances, liquids, insects;
   • damage caused by natural disasters (rain, wind, lightning, etc.), fire, domestic factors (excessive humidity, dust, aggressive environment, etc.)
   • damage caused by non-compliance of power and cable network parameters with state standards and other similar factors;
   • when operating equipment in the power supply network with a missing single ground loop;
   • in case of violation of seals installed on the product;
   • lack of serial number of the device, or inability to identify it.
7. The warranty does not cover consumables and accessories, as well as filters, shelves, drawers, stands and other containers for storing products.
8. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of sale.
   • Tear-off maintenance tickets are provided by an authorized service center.
