GENERAL POWER TOOL SAFETY WARNINGS

Save all warnings and instructions for future reference. The term “power tool” in the warnings refers to your mains-operated (corded) power tool or battery- oper-ated (cordless) power tool. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

  • WORK AREA SAFETY

    • Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents.
    • Do not operate power tools in explosive atom liquids, gases or dust. Power tools create sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes.

ASSEMBLY

WARNING Recharge only with the charger- manual supplied with your charger and battery.

Removing/Inserting the Battery
To remove the battery, push in the release buttons and pull the battery pack away from the tool.
WARNING the battery pack Always lock the trigger or removeany time the tool is not in use. To insert the battery, slide the pack into the body of the tool. Make sure it latches securely into place.

Temperature Protection
During extended use or constricted air flow, the tool temperature may rise. If the Temperature Protection Indicator comes on, allow the tool to cool for at least 10 minutes before continuing. In extremely low temperatures, the Temperature Protection Indicator may come on if the battery is too cold.

Accessories/Hose Storage

OPERATION

Using the inflator

  1. Place the tool on flat surface

  2. Insert the proper accessory for the item to be inflated.

  3. Attach the accessory to the item to be inflated. Always attach the inflator to desired object before starting infixation. No accessory is needed for common car/truck tire Schrader valves. For car/truck tires, screw Schrader chuck onto tyre valve and ensure it is tight. Insert the battery pack.

  4. To turn on, press the Power O button. The tool will detect the current air pressure of the item.

  5. Use the and buttons to set the target pressure, if desired. Press and hold- or+buttons to jump down or up taster. NOTE: Setting target pressure is not recommended when using the accessory nozzle’s.
    NOTE: If the current pressure item to be inflated IS greater than the target pressure, the tool will not begin inflation. 7. To start, press the Inflation button.
    NOTE: Flashing dashes during inflating or connecting indicate the tool is recalibrating pressure 8. The tool will shut off automatically once the target pressure has been reached. Target mode shows O Pino target pressure is set. Inflator will run until 150 PSI max pressure. CAUTION: Allow tool to cool for 10 minutes after each 10 minutes of continuous use.

  6. To stop, press the Inflation a button or power button. NOTE: The tool will shut down after 5 minutes of inactivity.

Memory Settings
To view memory settings, press the memory button to navigate through memory slots M1- M4. After reaching memory slot M4, pressing the memory button again will save any new settings and return to the home screen. To adjust memory settings:

  1. Press the memory button to navigate M1 – M4
  2. Press the or button to increase/decrease memory setting.
  3. To inflate to a saved memory setting:
  4. Press and hold Memory button for 2 seconds to save memory setting.
  5. Target inflation numbers will flash twice to confirm the save.

Troubleshooting

If pressure accuracy becomes poor or the inflator’s actual value reads greater than zero when not con- nected to any objeci, the pressure sensor may have drifted due to altitude or other factors. lo reset Press and hold the-Button and Inflation Button together for 3 seconds to set pressure gauge to zero.

Sports Needle/Raft Nozzle
Insert needle or nozzle into the item to be inflated. Be careful not to bend the accessory. Remove after inflation.

Presta Valve
Use the Presta valve with Presto valve stems. Before inflating loosen the locking. nut on the valve stem. Once inflation is complete, tighten the locking nut to seal the valve.

MAINTENANCE AWARNINGO

WARININ unplug the charger and remove the battery pack from the charger or tool before performing any maintenance. Never disassemble the tool, battery pack or charger. Contact a MILWAUKEE service facility for ALL repairs. Maintaining Tool Keep your tool, battery pack and charger in good repair by adopting a regular maintenance program. Inspect your tool for issues such as undue noise, misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage or parts, or any other condition that may after thee tool operation. Return the tool, battery pack, and charger to a MILWAUKEE service facility for repair. After six months to one year, depending on use, return_ the tool, battery pack and charger to a MILWAUKEE° service facility for inspection. If the tool does not start or operate at full power with a fully Charged battery pack, clean the contacts on the battery, pack. If the tool still does not work properly, return tne tool, charger and battery pack, to a MILWAUKEE® service facility for repairs
