1. Are VIGO Kitchen Faucets cUPC certified?
   Yes, all VIGO kitchen faucets are cUPC certified by IAPMO R&T.

2. Are the supply lines included with VIGO kitchen faucets?
   Yes, all VIGO kitchen faucets will include the needed supply lines for proper installation.
   The supply lines will have 3/8″ connections.

3. Where can I purchase replacement parts?
   For ordering replacement parts, please contact VIGO Product Support at 1-866-591-7792, option 2.

4. Can I purchase a deck plate separately?
   Yes, deck plates are sold separately through a variety of authorized VIGO retailers.

5. What does VIGO recommend for cleaning the faucets?
   For everyday cleaning, we recommend a mild handwashing detergent with warm water on a soft cloth.
   For more VIGO maintenance and for cleaning hard water marks, we recommend a solution of 50/50 vinegar/water mix.

6. What is the flow rate on VIGO Kitchen Faucets?
   All VIGO kitchen faucets will have a flow rate of 1.8 GPM.

7. What size Allen key is needed to replace the cartridge on a VIGO Kitchen Faucet.

8. A 2.5mm Allen key is needed to remove the faucet handle to get access to the cartridge.

   Most sprayers for VIGO kitchen faucets are made of plastic. Except for faucet models VG02007, VG02008, VG02026, VG02027 and VG02037 which are metallic.

10. What is the VIGO Kitchen Faucet body made of?
    The faucet body is made of brass.

11. How long should a cartridge last?
    Cartridges for VIGO kitchen faucets are rated for 500,000 uses. The cartridges are warrantied for 5 years from date of purchase.

12. Does VIGO make any Kitchen Faucets where you can operation the sprayer and the spout at the same time. VIGO does not have a faucet model where you can use the sprayer and spout at the same time.

13. What is the maximum countertop thickness for installing a VIGO kitchen faucet?
    Maximum countertop thickness is 2 ¼” for installing the VIGO kitchen faucet properly.
